Beautifully renovated, immaculate 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom oceanfront condo in the gated community of Ocean Place. Located next to The Ritz Carlton Amelia Island. View the ocean from our expanded great room! There are two oceanfront pools and private beach access. We provide linens, beach towels, and beach chairs for your convenience. We also have SMART TVs to stream your favorite shows. Amelia Island has amazing beaches, top-rated restaurants, and a wide variety of shops and outdoor activities for everyone. Save on stays of 7 nights or more.
Located on the fifth floor in building 3, the master bedroom overlooks the Atlantic Ocean and has a King sized bed and an ensuite master bathroom. The newly renovated bath has absolutely gorgeous finishes. The second bedroom has two twins and a private full bath. It also has been newly renovated and features beautiful decor. We supply a starter set of shampoo, conditioner, and soap.
Our condo offers luxury throughout. The kitchen has all updated appliances, a large pantry, and lots of storage. It has everything you need to cook an amazing meal. There are Smart TVs in each room and free high-speed internet for your streaming, teleworking, and distance learning needs.
There are many highly-rated restaurants and a full-service grocery store minutes away. Harris Teeter is a short distance and has everything you need for your stay. And there are beautiful walking/biking paths steps from the entry gate. Historic Fernandina Beach is a short drive from where you will find a variety of wonderful restaurants and interesting shops. Amelia Island has so many enjoyable activities for those that like more than lounging on the beach. There are highly rated golf courses, kayak tours, tennis, pickleball, river cruises, yoga, ghost tours, fishing, mini golf, e-bike rentals, and horseback riding on the beach. Many local establishments regularly have musicians performing. Fort Clinch State Park is a beautiful and interesting excursion located on the north end of Amelia Island and is a ten-minute drive from our condo. You can literally walk back in time and see how soldiers lived in the 19th century at this perfectly preserved fort. The park also has walking and biking trails and spots for fishing.
Jacksonville international airport is just 45 minutes away. Take a road trip to the Jacksonville Zoo, St. Augustine, or Jekyll Island, home of the Georgia Sea Turtle Center. See why Amelia Island has become one of the foremost resort/vacation destinations in the US!
There are two parking spaces. Oversized vehicles will not fit.
Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement with Coastal Wave Properties. Guest Instructions will be sent 7 days prior to arrival provided the agreement is signed and all payments are made. If you need information prior to this we are happy to provide it. We use a booking system called OwnerRez and you will see communication coming through this system.
Damage Protection is included with this rental.

We use email communication for signing our rental agreement and sending guest instructions. Please be sure to provide an email address that you will have access to and that you can check regularly. We also use text messaging to send you the door code and for other communication if needed. Please provide a mobile phone number that you will have with you during your stay.
We recommend that our guests, for their protection, purchase travel insurance.
