This unit is located on the 21st floor and offers Gulf Views from the master bedroom suite & living room, both with walk outs to the large balcony. Sterling Breeze amenities include a gulf-front overflow edge pool and spa, state-of-the-art fitness center, pool side internet cafe & wine bar, and covered parking. Sterling Breeze is located less than 1/4 of a mile from Pier Park, featuring popular restaurants, amusements and shopping. Also it's less than a mile from Frank Brown Park, PCB's premier recreational park.

Kitchen: Fully Stocked, includes both Keurig & Regular Coffee Maker
Laundry Room: Washer, Dryer, Iron & Ironing Board *starter pack of laundry Soap provided.
Master Bedroom Suite: King Bed, Smart TV W/ Private Bath (Shower & 2 Separate Sink Areas) and separate entrance to the balcony.
Bedroom 2: Queen Bed & TV
Bunk Nook: Twin / Twin Bunk Beds for children only.
Bathroom 2: Tub/Shower Combo w/ Toilet
Parking: Max 2 Cars Per booking: The resort will collect $50.00 each for parking passes, at check in time.
Things To Note:
We provide a Starter Pack only of amenities, just to get you through the first night, not for your entire stay. IE: Toilet Paper, Soap, Shampoo, Conditioner, Dish Soap, Laundry Pods, etc.
Rental Agreement must be completed & Copy of driver's license MUST be sent to secure reservation; we will not send check in info till both are sent to management.
Renter Must Be 25 @ & must be present during the entire stay, we also do Not allow 3rd party bookings.
This property provides a grill. All guests are required to clean the grill before checking out. Absolutely no exceptions. Upon inspection after your checkout if this has not been done you will be charged a $100 fee. Please be respectful & clean the grill after each use.
No unregistered guests allowed in the property; violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction with no refunds given. We DO NOT allow extra guests - including children under 2 years of age, we count heartbeats - and only allow the number of occupants, that the unit sleeps – No Exceptions will be made.
No Smoking - This is a Non Smoking Unit , if any evidence of smoking is found or reported, you will be charged a $500.00 fine and/or may be evicted from the unit w/o refund.
Check out time is 10 AM: if you are not completely out of the unit by 10:15 am, you agree to be charged 50.00 per half hour until all guests have completely vacated the unit. No late check outs are allowed during prime season & without written consent from our office.
Check in time is 4 PM: we Do Not allow early check in during prime season. Guests are Not allowed on property until 4pm OR until they receive the door code from our office, whichever comes first.
Renter agrees to report issues with the unit to management within 2 hours of check in – regarding cleaning or issues & not wait to report during the review process, with exception to emergency maintenance calls.
Quiet Hours are 10pm to 8am – if security is called to your unit, management may evict without refund.
Please Note: Towels & Linens are provided for you and your guests, If you stain or damage the linens or towels, you agree to pay for each piece stained to be replaced.
If any of our house rules are violated, renter agrees to forfeit the security deposit.
