2010 sq. ft. Welcome to our fabulous 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom family villa, located in the highly sought-after community of Orange Tree in Clermont, just off Highway 27.
This spacious and fully air-conditioned home is ideal for families or groups of up to 8 guests. With two living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private pool, it has everything you need for a relaxing and memorable stay.
The villa has a warm and welcoming feel, offering plenty of space for everyone to unwind. The main living area has direct access to the pool deck via upgraded French doors and provides a comfortable seating space for relaxing after a day at the parks. A second lounge offers a quiet retreat for reading, chatting, or enjoying a peaceful drink.
There is a fully fitted kitchen with a breakfast bar and breakfast nook – ideal for a quick bite before a day of adventure or preparing a home-cooked evening meal. The kitchen comes complete with all the appliances, utensils, and cookware you could possibly need. A formal dining area is also available for family dinners or entertaining.
Outside, enjoy your own private pool, throughout the day and for night time relaxing. There is a large double lanai for shaded seating, perfect for al fresco dining or relaxing out of the sun. A child safety barrier is provided for peace of mind.
There are 4 bedrooms in total:
GROUND FLOOR
Bedroom 1: King-size bed with large en-suite bathroom featuring walk-in shower, separate tub, twin basins, vanity units, and direct access to the pool deck.
Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed with ample storage and a TV. This bedroom is located at the rear of the property, opposite a bathroom that also offers direct access to the pool area.
Bedroom 3: Twin bedroom with shared access to bathroom with other twin room.
Bedroom 4: Twin bedroom with a fun Mickey Mouse theme – perfect for younger guests. This room shares bathroom.
All bedrooms are spacious, feature built-in storage, and have their own TVs.
A utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer is available for your convenience. The garage can also be accessed through the utility room.
Community amenities at Orange Tree include tennis courts, basketball courts, and a children’s play area – great for keeping the kids entertained close to home.

This home is just as described. It is clean, well kept, beautifully decorated and spacious with plenty of kitchen utensils. The game room was so much fun. We had a few hiccups but the property management team were very responsive to our needs. Stephen and his team provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend this property and Thank you for sharing your home with us. We'll be back!!!

This Villa was great for our family trip. Every room had comfortable furniture, and lots of closet space in the bedrooms. The pool area has lots of pool chairs and an outdoor dining area, under the shade, so we enjoyed our time outside at the pool every day. This Villa is across the street from the clubhouse, so you can walk there every day to enjoy the clubhouse pool and hot tub. Every room has a TV. The kitchen has many kitchen supplies provided, including baking dishes. The customer service team, Caroline and Adrian, are very helpful- they left their contact information and a welcome book in the kitchen to help answer any questions you have over your vacation.

We had the most amazing time in this villa on Watersong, the area was great and we were within 30-40 mins of all the main attractions, very secure gated resort with a homely feel, the villa itself was perfect for our family to enjoy chilled mornings around the pool, games in the games area and chill out with a movie after a busy day exploring all Orlando has to offer. It was well equipped with everything we could need and more and we hope to book this villa again for our next vacation to Orlando. Thank you for having us!

This villa is one of the best condos that my family stayed in while vacationing in the States. It's a great family-friendly condo with a stunning pool and a wonderful hot tub. The villa also offers a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining area, and multiple indoor and outdoor living spaces. High-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and entertainment options like a flat-screen TV and many games that my children enjoyed. Each of the five bedrooms is tastefully decorated, beds are very comfortable. I really enjoy this villa. We'll visit again!

The home was beautiful and very well maintained. Our favorite part was the swimming pool. Our group was a total of 9 people and still had plenty of space an additional 2 people. Plenty of great activities throughout the home to enjoy.
