The master bedroom has a luxurious king size bed (Purple mattress bed). The master bedroom also has a large walk-in closet and oversized walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two single beds and the Den/3rd bedroom has a queen size bed. All rooms have ceiling fans for additional comfort.
The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with granite counter tops, oven and ceramic stove, built-in microwave, dishwasher, with a breakfast corner. The Condo has as well a formal dining table for 8 people.

Very private unit (no golf cart path). You can as well enjoy the pool & jacuzzi which is close to the unit.

A $532.5 golf membership transfer fee and $100 non-refundable application fee, provides you and your spouse or one other person access to play golf by paying a green fee and membership to our private full service country club. You may use the other facilities at your leisure, including; gym, aquatic driving range, tennis courts, bocce and putting green.

Off Season - May thru October play at over 40 participating reciprocal clubs!
