This 8th floor condo sleeps up to eight guests and it features two full baths. The gulf-facing spacious master bedroom features a king bed, flat screen TV, and private master bath as well as a seating area to take in the gorgeous views. In the second bedroom, you'll find two queen beds and a flat-screen TV, this bedroom is connected to the second full bathroom with a toilet and shower/tub combo
If you love to cook or just want a great gathering space for the family, the kitchen and dining area is the perfect space for entertainment. Whether its for dinner or for family game night, there is a huge dining room table and bar seating, which is perfect for breakfast or a quick bite to eat. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, including refrigerator, over/stove top and dishwasher.
Edgewater is a perfectly placed, centrally located resort along Panama City Beach, with tons of amenities in either direction. Pier Park is minutes to the west and St. Andrew’s State Park is to the east. There are plenty of local shopping and restaurants located close to Edgewater, including FireFly, Dee’s Hangout, among others located within walking distance.

The condo itself was great - no complaints. However the pool has so many rules such as no noodles, no beachballs, etc we didn’t even get to use it. Thank goodness the beach was awesome! Last two days couldn’t sit outside on the balcony because of all the pot smokers - nothing anyone can control but still an issue.

This condo is absolute perfection. It is beautifully appointed and has everything you need. It has an amazing view from the balcony of the pool and beach. It was very clean. The resort itself was exactly what we needed. We were two best friends on a girls vacation and never had to leave the resort, except to buy a few groceries. We had everything we needed right there. The restaurant was delicious and the pool area was very well cared for and always clean. We hope to return sometime. Don’t hesitate to book with Kelly and Farah. They are very responsive to questions and anything you need before and during your stay. I highly recommend!

Super happy we chose this condo for our vacation. Well appointed, with lots of thoughtful touches. Everything was very comfortable- from the beds to the cozy living room and the beautiful deck with the awesome high top chairs! And you can’t beat the view, we loved watching the dolphins swim every morning while drinking out coffee!

First off I’d like to mention how amazing guest services was. Even before our arrival communication was clear and open. Made the process so much easier. Once we arrived our condo was ready early and we were notified via text. Check in and check out was super simple too. The condo was very clean and had all the amenities , washer/dryer, Netflix, towels, hair dryer and a beautiful view of the ocean front and over looked the pool. At night karaoke was frequent and we enjoyed leaving the balcony window open. Lol. The pool was huge and clean. There’s an awesome bar on the pool deck, Oceans Bar with food and drinks. There’s also a Starbucks downstairs with ice cream in the store. Just 10/10 everything was perfection.

My family enjoyed staying at this resort and loved everything about the condo and location. The room was spotless upon arrival and was so comfortable for my family of 6. Everything was fresh and new and the kitchen was well stocked with many cooking utensils and small appliances which made it feel more like home. The resort pools were amazing and it was nice having a restaurant next to the pools to enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner without having to load up and fight traffic to go to dinner. The beach was so perfect and not overly crowded. We love edgewater and especially the condo we had this time!

Spring Break 2.Amazing - Just book it!
Stayed here in March 2023 for spring break with two teenagers.The place was just like the photos - Amazing! You will not be disappointed! Everyone enjoyed the view and high chairs on the deck! Owner got it spot on with all the little extras - There were plenty of outlets for all our devices, nice coffee maker, plenty of storage for bags etc. The two chairs in the master bedroom were a favorite!I was worried about the pool noise at night because we were so close to the pool but it was not an issue for us. The kids liked hanging out in the hot tub so it worked out being right there.Farah was very nice to work with at Emerald Coast - We had an issue with the ice maker and she was on it right away with the owner!
