With its stunning private pool and patio overlooking the Golf Course and Clubhouse, this villa is the perfect place to relax and unwind.

With 20 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, these two villas can accommodate up to 40 adults + children. Each home has a fully equipped kitchen with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, including a Nespresso cappuccino, latte maker, and soda stream to make your own sparkling water or soda. The large table in each kitchen can seat up to 20 people, making it the perfect place for a family dinner or a group gathering.

Each living room has an oversized sofa group, coffee table, and a 75-inch Smart TV, providing the perfect space for relaxation and entertainment. With a total of 14 TVs throughout in each home for a total of 28 in both houses, so there is plenty of entertainment options.

For those who love movies, games, and golf, the in-house Movie- Game and Golf Studio is the perfect place to spend your time. And when it's time to enjoy the outdoors, each patio offers seating for up to 28 people and a BBQ grill, making it the perfect place for a cookout.

The great room offers the perfect place to relax after a day at the parks or in the pool and flows into the fully functional kitchen featuring state-of-the-art appliances and a kitchen seating area. The fantastic outdoor area features a pool, spa, lounge chairs, an outdoor dining table, and a lovely outdoor sofa sitting area, perfect for enjoying breathtaking sunsets overlooking the golf course.

As soon as you step inside each villa, you will be welcomed by a 20-foot ceiling foyer that will usher you into an elaborate living room and dining room area. GOLF INFORMATION
With access to one green fee round on about 10 central Florida courses (weekdays, anytime & weekends after 11 am), you'll have plenty of options. To get access to this membership and additional courses we only require a one-time registration fee at a discount of $29+tax per golfer. To register for the corporate golf membership, all golfer names must be confirmed at least 2 weeks before arrival. Then you only pay a member cart/fee of $32+tax per person at course. Tee times can be made up to 4 days in advance. Any additional rounds can be booked from $32+tax per person (rates vary on the season, and courses and fees are subject to availability without notice) at the following membership courses:
