The great room offers the perfect place to relax after a day at the parks or in the pool and flows into the fully functional kitchen featuring state-of-the-art appliances and a kitchen seating area. The fantastic outdoor area features a pool, spa, lounge chairs, an outdoor dining table, and a lovely outdoor sofa sitting area, perfect for enjoying breathtaking sunsets overlooking the golf course.
As soon as you step inside this villa, you will be welcomed by a 20-foot ceiling foyer that will usher you into an elaborate living room and dining room area after a day of adventurous activities with the whole family or with your company executives, enjoys one of the comfortable sofas with a living room featuring a 75-inch SMART TV.
The chefs of the family or your private chef (after reservation, we have a preferred list of private chefs who can come to the house), will be ecstatic to prepare the gourmet meals for all in the fully equipped custom kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances. Start your day with breakfast by the pool and in the kitchen, where indoor and outdoor large dining tables can be set up for formal dining space seating up to 28 persons (inside & outside combined).
Enjoy a freshly cooked meal from your kitchen which leads right out to the pool deck. Step out onto your private pool deck with a custom Florida pool. Spend the day sunbathing in one of the sun loungers or seating areas surrounding the pool while you listen to the sounds of your favorite tune with our Alexa/Nest speaker we provide by connecting to Bluetooth/Wifi.
Upon entering the ground floor, you will find 2 en-suites, including 4 bedrooms with 4 king-sized, 1 Queen, and 3 single beds or up to 10 single beds (your choice with our sophisticated customized bed set, and one Den/Office, which can be a makeshift room as an 11th guest room if needed) and each with its ensuite bathroom and SMART TVs.
Head on up to the second floor, and you will find 3 more en-suites with 6 king beds 2 full-size, 3 singles, or up to 17 single beds (your choice).

And when it comes to dining and shopping, you'll be surrounded by hundreds of restaurants, bars, and outlet stores. Plus, the Publix grocery store is less than a mile away, making it easy to stock up on all your essentials.
But perhaps the best part of this location is its proximity to Disney World - just a 9-mile drive away! You'll be able to enjoy all the magic and excitement of the parks, while still having a peaceful and luxurious retreat to come back to at the end of the day.
There is a water park H2O only about 7.5 miles from the home. There is also an Epperson Crystal Lagoon about 50 miles away which is a very popular day excursion.

If you're looking to explore scenic neighborhoods, we highly recommend renting a car. With a rental car, you can easily visit nearby attractions and take in the breathtaking views of the area. Whether you're looking for a relaxing day at the beach or an adventurous day at the park, you can then easily get around.

Other Vacation Rental Amenities
From Only $49 per person per night on weekdays (weekend from only $77 pp/night). While the home sleeps max 20 adults+ and children, pricing is still based on the per-person rate. The base rate seen is currently up to the number of persons you entered as travelers for the inquiry and for any additional persons the extra person rate applies. All we ask is for you to be honest about the number of adults and children you are bringing.
Once your reservation is made, we have a preferred list of Personal Chefs and Grocery Shopping services available at an additional cost upon request with advance notice.
If you require additional housekeeping during your stay, we can arrange it for you at nominal charges.
We provide a BBQ grill and a fire pit for your use, both of which run on gas. Please note that you are responsible for delivering the gas. Once the tanks run empty, you can easily refill them at nearby Gas stations, CVS, Walgreens, Walmart, Lowes, and other convenient locations.
While pool heat is not included in the price, it is available for an additional fee of $45 per day. Please note that pool heat is not necessary from April to October, as the pool normally heats up to 75-80 degrees. If you require pool heating, please make your payment before arrival so we can arrange it for you.
It's important to note that a heat pump does not produce heat anywhere near its rated efficiency when it is forced to run during much of the colder nighttime hours (below 70 degrees). Therefore, we do not recommend turning on the pool heat when the outside temperature is below 60 degrees, as the pool will not warm up noticeably.
SHEETS, DUVET & BEDDING
- We provide 2 Twin size down comforters for a King size bed set up or 1 Twin down comforter for each Twin size bed set up. (1 per person)
- We provide 4 pillows for a King size bed set up and 2 pillows for each Twin size bed set up (that is 2 per person)
- When a King size bed set up is requested, it consists of 2 Twin bed frames being placed together covered with memory foam and a King size mattress cover. (So, you get the comfortable King size bed experience).
- We use duvet sheets that go around each down comforter, which are common in Europe and at most modern hotels. The duvet sheet cover sheets get washed before each guest's arrival. Therefore, we do not use any additional top sheets as the duvet sheet that covers the comforter is the fitted top sheet.
NOTE: No non-registered guests and No local visitors are allowed without prior approval at least 14 days before arrival, and no music outside that can be heard more than 60 feet away is allowed (mobile phone only speaker/volume allowed), and completely quiet after 10 pm on weekdays and 11 pm weekends (as in every residential community). Max 4 vans/autos allowed (2 in driveway, 1 on road, and no parking on grass) plus 1 van/auto in guest parking
