Just a 10 minute walk, or just a few minutes with the provided bicycles lets you be close to the beach, but in a quiet family friendly neighborhood. Located approx 0.5 mile from the beach on the west end of PCB, in the golf cart friendly community of Laguna Beach. Located between Pier Park and 30A. Small pets UNDER 30 pounds welcome, with no additional pet fee. Beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, and toys are available for your use. We also provide 5 different sized bicycles and wagons for your use! Space available to park your boat and a hose available for fresh water rinse.

Enter the property in the living room where there is a queen sleeper sofa and two chairs, one of those is a recliner. The kitchen and dining area has seating for 7 total.
We take our coffee seriously! We provide a Ninja brewmaster pro coffee maker that takes ground coffee and K-cups. It also has a frother attachment. Down the hallway is a guest bathroom and a stacked washer and dryer. At the end of the hall is the two bedrooms. The main bedroom is on the right and has a new king sized bed with a twin pull out trundle underneath for little kids. It has its own en-suite bathroom. Across the hall is the 2nd bedroom which hosts a twin bunk over a queen bed. There are board games and some toys to entertain in the evenings.
Laguna Beach is known for its white sand beaches and being a golf cart friendly community. A mix of old and new beach community, you won’t find friendlier neighbors!

Disclosure: There is a ring camera floodlight on the front left corner of the house that monitors the exterior of the house and entry into the yard and front door. Any evidence of exceeding the max number of guests allowed, partying, or violations of the pet policy or any other policy WILL be grounds for immediate eviction with no refunds or concessions.
**After booking you will be sent a renter agreement. It must be signed within 24 hours or your booking can be canceled by the host.
**Tropical storms and hurricanes are not uncommon May through October. We do not offer refunds, change dates or offer any concessions due to weather. Please plan accordingly and purchase travel insurance.
There is no-smoking and pets UNDER 30 pounds are allowed if non-aggressive. MAX of 2 pets. If you are caught violating this pet policy, it WILL result in immediate eviction with NO refund.

Upon booking, guests agree to forever hold harmless and indemnify Owner from any liability to guests or guest property.
If you book directly at AKGetaways, there is a $300 deposit. The deposit runs 48 hours prior to arrival and releases automatically 48 hours after departure if there are no damages.
Beach access #78 is right down the road and there are no high-rise condos at that beach access, so much less crowding.

Coral Casa is located in a quiet neighborhood and just a few blocks from the Gulf. It's so easy to get there whether you walk or drive. The house is beautiful, bright and cheerful! And it's spotless, which is so important. It is very apparent that April takes pride as an owner and loves her home. The kitchen is well stocked, the bathrooms are bright and clean. The beds are comfortable. April has thought of everything! If you have questions, she answers them promptly. You literally unpack and enjoy your vacation. We brought our dog and the fenced in yard was very appreciated. The house is exactly as depicted in the pictures! Thank you April.

We have been travelingto the Florida panhandle for 35 years with and without our children. The Coral Casa is far and above 99% of the house rentals we have ever experienced. We have stayed 3 times (weeks) in the last 7 months and I was hesitant in giving away the best secret of 35 years of staying in the panhandle. This place is so clean, so we'll equipped and so comfortable you will never choose another. April is the very best host that makes a vacation complete. Again she goes far and above to make your stay the best. Pet friendly places are hard to make the best but believe me after one hundred stays on the emerald coast the only thing I could have done better is to buy 30+ years ago. Coral Casa was everything we expected and then some. Besides being beautifully decorated, it was spotless and beyond sufficiently stocked; owner thought of everything. We and our sidekick, Chevy, had everything we could have possibly needed. Chevy had a safe and clean space to roam about, a comfy place to sleep, and healthy snacks!! The cabinets and shelves were fully stocked, towels were soft and absorbent, beds and sheets were comfortable, and the owner was available and accommodating when the unexpected happened and we had to extend our stay. Thank you for the absolutely perfect place to vacation. We would love to visit Coral Casa again in the future.

This is the perfect home away from home. Besides being beautiful and clean, it had all the essentials for a perfect vacation. In fact, I don’t believe I’ve ever stayed in a vacation home as sufficiently stocked: owner thought of everything… right down to pet supplies and snacks! The beds are comfortable, towels are thick and absorbent, and the cabinets are fully stocked. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

This was the first time my wife and I spent any significant amount of time away from our northern WI home in the winter. We had the pleasure of staying at Coral Casa this past January, February and March, and it turned out to be a very pleasant experience. April was there waiting for us when we arrived and made us feel right at home. She gave us the grand tour, and made sure we had everything we’d need to get our vacation started. With her and husband Aaron, we couldn’t have asked for better hosts. I would highly recommend checking out Coral Casa if you’re looking for a great vacation spot in a quiet neighborhood, and just a short walk to the Gulf.

John M.We stayed a week in luxury and comfort and didn't even leave the property
Just kidding on the didn't leave part but if we had to stay at the Coral Casa the whole week it was so comfortable and well thought out for everything a family needs that we really could have never left the property and had a great vacation. The cleanliness was 5 star as was the comfort of the beds, couch and chairs. The kitchen was an open area to cook and eat in spaciousness and fully equipped with premium utensils and cookware and even a drawer full of spices. Tile in the kitchen and 2 full bathrooms with clean (new)carpeting throughout the rest. No tvs in the bedrooms which may serve to the kids that "you don't come to the beach to watch tv". Could use a mat in the shower for us middle ages was about my only complaint. Yard is beautifully landscaped and plenty of seating and outdoor lighting and tables for grilling and staying outdoors to eat. Host is amazingly kind and attentive to anything that might occur. We asked for the auto flood lights to be disabled only because we are star gazers and the quiet low lit neighborhood is perfect for that. Thank you again April for all your kindness and making our stay 5 stars across the board. We will be back soon I hope

Ashley J.Cute oasis just a walk away from a beautiful beach
My boyfriend, Mike, and my cute fur baby cat Dinah stayed at this lovely beach house. We enjoyed this clean and creatively designed getaway. There are unique fixtures and artwork. The vibes were positive and it had all the amenities that we would need. It fit all of our needs and we slept great! It is on a quiet side of Panama City Beach at Laguna beach which we easily walked to. They had lots of beach items available to use in the shed. After the beach, I enjoyed a relaxing bath in their tub which was set up with bath salts. The property was absolutely perfect and would work great for a family or couples.

Couldn’t ask for a better place. Bed was super comfortable and neighborhood was quiet. Located a couple miles from Pier Park, this home is just mins from restaurants and bars alike. The on-site bikes provide easy access to the beach and other places nearby. Old Florida Fish House and 30A is only about 25 minutes west. The outdoor swing is perfect for nighttime also.Needless to say, we loved this place. April definitely took pride in making sure this home fit the “Florida” vibe. Can’t wait to visit again!

The house was perfect. Had pretty much everything on hand for us to have an amazing vacation. House was very clean and a 10 minute walk to the beach. This beach area was not super crowded even on Memorial Day weekend. Neighbors were all nice. Our entire family and pups loved this place. This property was so cute and convenient! 10 minute walk to clear blue water and restaurants/bars. The front yard was perfect for our pup and the home itself was cozy and comfortable. Host was very helpful and communicative. Would definitely recommend for a PCB getaway!

YES! Beach access is less than 1/2 mile.
You can walk to the beach (about 10 minute walk), or ride bicycles and use the bike wagon as seen in photos. You can also drive and park in one of the many beach access parking areas.
