1350 sq. ft. Located in Augusta Villas in the Plantation Golf and Country Club, the Vacation Villa is the perfect place for your next adventure. The 2/2 villa, with recently updated bathrooms, easily sleeps 6 with a master king bed, the 2nd bedroom with a day bed that can be either 2 twins or a king and a queen sofa bed on the enclosed lanai. All linens are provided.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with oven, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and a large pantry for storage as well as all kitchen and dining ware. A gas grill is just a step outside the kitchen slider to the patio.
The living room has sliding glass doors that open onto a screened lanai that expands your living and entertaining space. There is also a private patio with outdoor seating that can be accessed through the master bedroom or the kitchen. Plenty of closet and storage space throughout with a large walk-in closet in the master. Carport parking has an attached shed that has a full sized washer and dryer for your convenience.
Augusta Villas has a nearby community pool and is free for your use.
Per HOA rules pets are not allowed and this is a non-smoking facility.
Venice is a city that you will easily fall in love with. With it's beautiful beaches and historic downtown, there is always something to do. Spend time on the boulevard exploring the many boutiques and restaurants that Venice offers.
The area has many first class golf courses, the Legacy Bike trail as well as easy biking throughout the Plantations complex. Have fun exploring beaches from Siesta Key down to Manasota Key with a stop at Venice's Casperson Beach for shark tooth hunting. You can catch an Atlanta Braves spring training game in Wellen Park and have a drink and dinner at the baseball complex's TIki Bar. Wellen Park Downtown is also a popular dining area with a farmer's market and other events throughout the year.

Beautiful well appointed unit. Fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking and baking needs. Two bedrooms with updated bathrooms. Lovely enclosed Florida room and an outside patio. Gracious and accommodating owners Patty and Mike. If you want to get away from it all, this is the place. It's a quite and relaxing complex!
