The home is fully furnished with all the comforts of home. It has an open kitchen, dining and living area with a large lanai overlooking a pond for relaxing and entertaining. The large master bedroom has a king size bed with an ensuite bath. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with an adjoining bath. There is also an office/den that can be used as a work space (Wi-fi included) or a quiet place to enjoy a book. This home has a grill, 2 bikes, 6 beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, a cooler and a beach wagon. There is also pool equipment (noodles, weights, floats) for those who want to enjoy the beautiful community pool. Tenants will have a garage space for parking as well as ample parking in the driveway.

Within the community there are 2 lighted tennis courts, bocce, a gym/fitness center and a community pool.

Tenants to submit a lease, application and fee ($150) in advance of occupancy. Please allow 21 days for lease approval by the HOA. Jan-Apr $5500/mo, May-Aug $1800/mo, Sep-Dec $3000/mo.

Paloma is close to everything! RSW airport and the most beautiful beaches are within 15 minutes away. Coconut Point Mall, Miromar Outlets, the Mercato, Hertz Arena, Top Golf and many restaurants are all a short drive away - along with nature preserves and state parks. The area around Bonita Springs is known for the golf courses, tennis and pickleball facilities. For those who love baseball - spring training/games are nearby.
