The living room has a full pop out out sleeper sofa and and a large flat screen TV. You'll find a separate dining room that overlooks the Lagoon pool with seating for 6 at the table, and 4 at the bar. The dining area also has seating in front of the window overlooking the Lagoon style pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. Watch the sun set into the Gulf from the wrap-around private balcony. For your convenience, this unit comes with a washer and dryer and Free WiFi. This condo is clean and comfortable with plenty of room! Our family of 9 enjoyed our stay. Easter hasof activities for the kids and the large pool is a plus. We would definitely stay here again!

We got there about 5:30 the day we arrived, the condo is beautiful it had all of the amenities a family needs, the only appliance they don’t have is a blender. The balcony is huge and has a great view!

We loved staying at this Edgewater condo. The parking was great...never a long walk to the entrance. The condo was beautiful and very spacious. We had lots of children with us, so we loved that it was on the end and away from everyone. I loved the wrap around balcony. I was able to sneak out on the balcony before the kids woke up and enjoy some quiet time because my room had a balcony access door. No worries about the children sneaking out on the balcony because the doors were heavy (sometimes hard for adults to open)Farah stayed in constant contact with us and answered any questions i had when we arrived. We will be booking again!

Absolutely gorgeous view and hotel. Plenty of room for everyone. Very important when multiple families go on trip together. Are hostess Farrah was over the top and Madd sure all are needs were met. Definitely will be going back soon.

Our recent stay at Edgewater Beach resort was nothing but fantastic. The condo is beautiful and very well decorated and put together and the view from the condo is absolutely breathtaking. The booking was seamless, and we had the most amazing time. Food was great, access to the beach and the pool was right outside our unit and so convenient. I would absolutely stay here again but next time I will bring my children because I think they would love it.

Condo was nice. Was a little bit of a walk to the beach through the pool area..had an issue with back sliding glass and reported it so we just used the other doors leading to patio
