We at Seabreeze West love our community and wish to keep it the premier property that we can all enjoy. Therefore, we respectfully request your adherence to the following application process and house rules. We are enclosing an application packet that must be filled out before your tenant arrives, no exceptions.
APPLICATION PACKET
Application documents must be accompanied with the application, a copy of the lease
agreement and $150.00 application fee. For all leases-Completed Authorization for
Background Check for each Applicant/Spouse $55ea.
Seabreeze West House Rules and Pool Rules must be signed by renter and owner and returned with the required documents.
The host will provide you with the application documents and guide you trough the short process of application.
