This fantastic condo has an extremely well-stocked, bright-white kitchen, plenty of dining space for everyone in the family, LVP flooring throughout the condo, a stackable washer and dryer in dedicated laundry room and tons of natural lighting. This unit provides awesome Gulf Views from the kitchen, dining and living room, and from the absolutely gorgeous gulf front King master bedroom.
*Tidewater Beach Resort charges a $55 resort fee. You must register online and pay for parking and wristbands for your stay. Registration information will be included in your check in info that will be emailed 7 days prior to your arrival date. Please be aware that Tidewater's parking garage has a clearance of 7 feet.
Beach chairs are NOT included with the rental but are available to rent at the resort upon arrival.
25% is due at the time of booking to confirm a reservation and block selected dates. The remaining balance is due at least 30 days prior to your stay or your reservation will be cancelled with no refund of any deposit. You must cancel at least 30 days in advance to receive a full refund.

Love this condo have everything plus more you need for beach trip for Panama City beach . Clean ,quiet new remodel and plenty room for the beach front is what we need . Love breakfast in the bedroom with big beach view is the special. We enjoyed very much. The only down size is the parking are not very convenient . Elevators are slow . The king size bed are super comfortable but too high for 5,2ft me. Took me a while to figure out how to get up the bed every night. . Finally I flipped up to bed if the best way for me to get up the bed . . Other than that the room are great and we enjoyed very much

We loved our stay at Tidewater #1305!! The condo was amazing - beautifully decorated, very clean, well stocked, comfy beds, and very roomy. We loved the space. It was perfect for our family of five. The resort amenities were great - pool, gym, beach, etc. We rented 2 beach chairs through the beach chair service onsite. The location is walkable to Pier Park which has shops, restaurants, etc. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at TidewaterBeach Resort #1305. Tonya was great & answered all questions promptly & w as a great asset to HighTide Florida Rental company. The condo was clean & ready for us when we arrived Tonya staff is great. Our condo was supplied with everything we needed for our stay. We do most of our own cooking so kitchen had pans & utensils provided so we could easily cook. The condo was comfortable & spacious. When we did go out to various establishments we were able to walk to many of them. We also had the Conservation Park nearby for long scenic walks. Tons of activities for us to do in the area. Pier Park featured lots of great shops & restaurants.We were also able to listen to the gulf every night & enjoy the sandy beach for walks, sun & nature. Sunsets were fantastic on our patio where we could relax & enjoy a glass of wine & eat dinner. We were truly in paradise.
