The panoramic views from this 28th floor condo are some of the best in the area for viewing PCB's spectacular fireworks displays throughout the year and also the beautiful nightly light show from Pier Park's SkyWheel! This condo has everything thing you need to make your family feel at home. The home is tiled throughout with wood look porcelain driftwood tile. The fully furnished kitchen is completely outfitted with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.

The master bedroom features a KING size bed, 55" SMART TV. The master bath has been completely redone. The master bath features double vanities, framed mirrors, and a glass enclosed tile shower.

The second master is equally luxurious with a KING size raised platform bed, and a 55" SMART TV and has its own private bathroom.

The third bedroom is spacious and also has a KING size bed and a 50" SMART TV. The 3rd bath features a glass enclosed shower.

There is also a kid friendly bunk area. Each bed has its own reading light.

There is free wireless internet and full-size washer and dryer located in the unit.

You may park 3 vehicles with this rental.

25% is due at the time of booking to confirm a reservation and block selected dates. The remaining balance is due at least 30 days prior to your stay or your reservation will be cancelled with no refund of any deposit. You must cancel at least 30 days in advance to receive a full refund.
