Our beautiful, low 7th floor (#706) condo will sleep 6 comfortably with a King Bed in the master, 2 twin size bunk beds for the kids, and the queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Two fully updated bathrooms, washer/dryer, beautiful tile, and granite countertops are a few of the must have features of this condo! This beautiful, vacation condo also boasts gulf front balcony access from the open living room area. It's the perfect spot to enjoy the unbelievable views and those unforgettable sunsets. Other features of this fashionable vacation unit include an updated coastal decor, a full-size refrigerator, flat-top stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots, pans and utensils you need to prepare that perfect meal for the family. All linens and towels are provided for your comfort.

*** You MUST be at least 25 years old to book this property per Tidewater HOA rules! You will be asked to show ID upon arrival.

*Tidewater Beach Resort charges a resort fee for 1-bedroom unit: $35 + tax + credit card fee. Total $39.59 and includes up to 2 parking passes and up to 6 wristbands. Wristbands required for all occupants over age 12. You must register online and pay for parking and wristbands for your stay. Registration information will be included in your check in info that will be emailed 7 days prior to your arrival date. Please be aware that Tidewater's parking garage has a clearance of 7 feet.
Beach chairs are NOT included with this rental.

25% is due at the time of booking to confirm a reservation and block selected dates. The remaining balance is due at least 30 days prior to your stay or your reservation will be cancelled with no refund of any deposit. You must cancel at least 30 days in advance to receive a full refund.
