Tidewater Beach Resort #617 is a beautifully decorated, low floor unit. We work hard to ensure the condo is in top condition for all of our guests. You can't beat the views from the living and kitchen area and from the 6th floor you are at the perfect height in the building. Enjoy the awesome balcony for viewing the pier and fireworks!

The condo offers three full bedrooms and three full bathrooms as well as an additional bunk area in a hall enclave. We are set up to sleep 8 to 10, if you include the sleeper sofa in the living area. We have stainless appliances and front-loading washer/dryer in the condo. The condo is beautifully decorated in a coastal beachy décor!

Tidewater Beach Resort resort fee for a 3-bedroom unit is $60 + tax +credit card fee for a
total $67.41 and includes up to 3 parking passes and up to 10 wristbands. Wristbands required for all occupants over age 12. You must register online and pay for parking and wristbands for your stay. Registration information will be included in your check in info that will be emailed 7 days prior to your arrival date. Please be aware that Tidewater's parking garage has a clearance of 7 feet.

25% is due at the time of booking to confirm a reservation and block selected dates. The remaining balance is due at least 30 days prior to your stay or your reservation will be cancelled with no refund of any deposit. You must cancel at least 30 days in advance to receive a full refund.
