Sitting high above a four-story parking garage, the 25-story condominium tower features a magnificent elevated pool deck situated 50-feet above the beach. The private pool deck contains two oversized pools (one of which is heated), two hot tub/spas, and an expansive children's water spray area.

Sunrise Beach Resort charges $40 per vehicle per stay for parking. You will pay this fee separately online. Parking registration info will be emailed prior to your stay.

25% is due at the time of booking to confirm a reservation and block selected dates. The remaining balance is due at least 30 days prior to your stay or your reservation will be cancelled with no refund of any deposit. You must cancel at least 30 days in advance to receive a full refund.
