My family and I stayed a week in July. House was very clean. Kitchen was organized and labeled. Bedrooms were tidy and all linens such as pool towels and bath towels were left in the rooms. Pool was clean, yard was kept clean. Garbage was picked up daily. Community pool/splash pad was a plus for the kids. Fernando (owner of property) was always answering our questions right away and very accommodating. This rental is a great place to stay.

We provide a personal code to use with the Keypad Door Lock. This code will be sent out within 48 hours your arrival date. We will also provide a QR Code to enter in the Resort premises.

No. You don't need to worry about that. We provide linens for all beds and 1 set of towels for each guest during your stay. We also provide pool towels for each guest
There an option for heating the pool. However there's an additional fee for it. Please refer to it when making your reservation.
Yes! You will have to pay for cleaning services when checking out. This fee also includes washing all linens and towels.
