3700 sq. ft.Make It Sweet is a new construction custom home steps from the private community boardwalk to the beach. Our home was built for large groups or extended families to enjoy. The house sleeps 18, featuring 3 King Suites, a handicap accessible Queen Suite and a bunk room for 10. There are two living spaces, an elevator, saltwater pool, and a fourth-floor tower. The pool area includes a custom-made bar, covered lounge area, an outdoor shower and grill area. The fourth-floor tower is a peaceful retreat offering amazing cape views during sunrise and sunset. The new home amenities and clean coastal design will keep your group coming back to Make It Sweet for years to come.

We just returned from our Make It Sweet stay and I can’t say enough about this luxurious house. Jennifer and her husband (sorry, forgot your name) have thought of everything! The modern amenities like the Microwave drawer, double ovens, a huge ice machine on the first floor, the elevator, the outdoor TV, heated pool, all the beach chairs and sand toys, beach towels galore, 4 kitchen trash cans, all kinds of dishes, pots and pans, the huge Porch swing, and I could keep going… WOW! We have never had this many personal touches as this place has and we’ve been staying at beaches all over Florida for over 30 years! . If you choose to stay here, you will not or cannot be disappointed. Everything was just perfect! Thank you for allowing us to share in your beautiful home! God Bless!

Brand new house, that is well appointed and stocked with everything you need for a great family vacation. Plenty of room for our family of 8 adults, 4 kids and 2 dogs. The bunkroom alone has 5 full beds! Just a 1 1/2 minute walk to a nice beach. Great pool and bar area! The owner is very responsive and helpful. Highly Recommend!
