About the owner: Richard and Marie live in Montreal Qc. While we love our hometown, we prefer Florida in January, February, and March. We have rented in Florida for 7 years and decided to purchase 318 Wexford Terrace so Florida could be an established annual routine. We love it.
Marie taught for 41 years all over the world (including Saudi Arabia, Africa, Chibougamau, Port Cartier, and the Eastern Townships of Quebec).
Richard is a retired financial planner who worked in Montreal and Westmount for 50 years.
We both play golf regularly and are trying to improve (or at least stop the decline). Three families keep us busy, including 2 sons, and daughter, their spouses, and 8 grandchildren,
Why this property? This property exudes peace and quiet and will generate many wonderful memories.

Beautifully renovated, all new, fresh and clean. Nicely decorated. Very well equipped kitchen. Plenty of towels. Excellent WiFi and wide selection of television shows as well as Roku. Full washer and dryer. Access to a community swimming pool just a short walk away. Lots of windows and a Florida Room overlooking a lake and the Plantation Golf course. Lots of of birds to enjoy and beautiful sunsets. Two big Ospreys nesting over a nearby lake. We also enjoyed the private courtyard late in the evening. There are numerous places to enjoy a walk. Very peaceful surroundings with nice neighbors. Communication with the owners was always prompt and very helpful. We would definitely like to stay here again.

Mark and Mimi were the best … they were very communicative and answered all our questions immediately and we asked for a vacuum cleaner and the next day a brand new one was dropped off. Very nice view from the lanai . Everyone in the neighborhood was very friendly and helpful .can’t wait to return
