We fully enjoyed our time at The Bourne Condo. It was exceptionally clean, and well kept, to say the least, with all the amenities required to enjoy our stay. The owners Richard and Marie, are very kind and amazing people , expressing their wishes for us to enjoy our time there and make contact with them if the need arose.The month away from home was a second to none experience a truly enjoyable time.

Terry M.What a Wonderful Villa for an Extended Stay In Venice, Florida!
Beautifully renovated, all new, fresh and clean. Nicely decorated. Very well equipped kitchen. Plenty of towels. Excellent WiFi and wide selection of television shows as well as Roku. Full washer and dryer. Access to a community swimming pool just a short walk away. Lots of windows and a Florida Room overlooking a lake and the Plantation Golf course. Lots of of birds to enjoy and beautiful sunsets. Two big Ospreys nesting over a nearby lake. We also enjoyed the private courtyard late in the evening. There are numerous places to enjoy a walk. Very peaceful surroundings with nice neighbors. Communication with the owners was always prompt and very helpful. We would definitely like to stay here again.

Mark and Mimi were the best … they were very communicative and answered all our questions immediately and we asked for a vacuum cleaner and the next day a brand new one was dropped off. Very nice view from the lanai . Everyone in the neighborhood was very friendly and helpful .can’t wait to return
