The floor plan is welcoming, with bedrooms on the right and left side upon entry leading into the living and kitchen area with a lot of natural light & cozy setup in the lanai. There is a closed private garage or use of that space as additional storage.

Colleen R.Fabulous stay at Heritage Landing
My husband and I loved everything about our month long stay. Pranav’s condo was spacious and beautifully decorated. He was very flexible and accommodating, going out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. The back lanai is the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise. We had heard that the golf course was the best in the area and it did not disappoint! Tees to greens are pristine and the staff is very friendly. The community is walker/biker friendly and the pool and Tiki bar area cannot be beat. We will be back!

From the day we first booked our April rental with Pranav to when we left, we could not have had a better experience. Pranav was so accommodating and responded to any request we had. Our welcome booklet even included directions from the front gate to the Veranda unit along with other important info. The Veranda unit was everything we expected. Clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Especially nice were the two furnished lanai's front and back, plus, having our own garage was a bonus. Apart from a great place to golf and enjoy the many amenities available, including the Tiki Bar, we found Heritage Landing close to Punta Gorda and many other interesting places to visit. Thank you Pranav for making our stay a memorable one.

Pranav was an excellent host and so accommodating responding to any request we had. The welcome booklet given even provided directions from the front gate to the Veranda Unit. Patty L.Wonderful winter getaway including golf!
Our Veranda unit was nicely decorated and was provisioned with most necessities needed for an extended stay. The unit is very clean, the location backs up to a pond offering peaceful morning sunrises, birds and a token gator. This unit offers the option to include golf during your stay and the transfer fee is quite reasonable. Heritage Landing is the perfect location for anyone interested in golf, the course is in excellent condition. A return is definitely in our future.

Robert L.Wonderful condo in a very nice gated resort community
Great first floor condo in Heritage Landing, just outside Punta Gorda and 15 minutes from Cape Coral. Pranav and his wife were excellent hosts. They were in the area when we arrived and were able to stop by and greet us. The condo is almost new and well appointed. Two lanais, with the back one looking out over a pond and great sunrises. Both have comfortable furniture to read or have morning coffee. The resort is growing and has golf (reasonable fee), tennis, and a great pool with a tiki bar. We sampled lots of nearby restaurants, local farmers’ markets and of course had home cooked meals. Three TVs in the unit. There is an abundance of paved walking areas.We have rented for several years in the Fort Myers area and it was refreshing to get away from the traffic and over crowded restaurants. I highly recommend this condo. We are definitely returning to Heritage next winter.
