Couldn’t have picked a better place for our trip to Punta Gorda. The condo was very comfortable and well kept. Everything we needed was there for our stay. The views were excellent from the 4th floor. We could see wonderful sunsets from the screened in porch. Plenty of wildlife also visible from the porch. Checking in was very easy. The amenities associated with unit are outstanding. The owners are local and very responsive and helpful. Centrally located. I would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting travel and explore SW Florida.

Beautiful condo! Everything looks new, and we lacked for nothing. We enjoyed the nice view off the screened-in balcony while having our coffee, and the sunset in the evening. It's also a good location for day-trips. We visited Fort Myers and Venice and wished we'd had more time to explore the area.

George K.Wonderful condo in Punta Gorda
From the view from the 4th floor screened in porch viewing the wilderness area where we saw wild boar, a bald eagle, 2 alligators every day and turtles to the fully stocked condo. This condo came with a golf membership and wonderful pools and exercise facility as well as beach chairs, towels, and a fully stocked kitchen even with napkins and paper towels. The owner Jerry is super nice, super responsive and lives locally. My wife and I spent December and January there and had an absolutely relaxing time. Highly recommend!
