Located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, this property is spacious and comfortable featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. The house is the perfect place for you to relax and unwind while enjoying the warm and sunny Florida weather.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a bright and airy open floor plan, with plenty of natural light streaming through the windows. The living room features cozy sofas, one of which converts to a full size bed, and a large flat-screen TV, perfect for movie nights, catching up on your favorite shows, relaxing after a day at the beach or exploring the local attractions. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils you may need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. There is also a dining area with seating for six and a kitchenette for additional seating for four.

The master bedroom boasts a comfortable king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms are furnished with a queen-size bed and two twin beds respectively, and share a full bathroom.

The highlight of our property is the large, screened-in lanai, where you can enjoy a view of the lake, watch the wildlife or soak up the warm Florida sunshine. The lanai features an outdoor dining area with a grill and a comfortable seating area. As our Guest, you will have access to the large heated community pool, as well the tennis and basketball courts and playground.
