Welcome to our beautiful vacation property in Sabal Harbour! Located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, this property is spacious and comfortable featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. The house is the perfect place for you to relax and unwind while enjoying the warm and sunny Florida weather.
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a bright and airy open floor plan, with plenty of natural light streaming through the windows. The living room features cozy sofas, one of which converts to a full size bed, and a large flat-screen TV, perfect for movie nights, catching up on your favorite shows, relaxing after a day at the beach or exploring the local attractions. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils you may need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. There is also a dining area with seating for six and a kitchenette for additional seating for four.
The master bedroom boasts a comfortable king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms are furnished with a queen-size bed and two twin beds respectively, and share a full bathroom.
The highlight of our property is the large, screened-in lanai, where you can enjoy a view of the lake, watch the wildlife or soak up the warm Florida sunshine. The lanai features an outdoor dining area with a grill and a comfortable seating area. As our Guest, you will have access to the large heated community pool, as well the tennis and basketball courts and playground.
This vacation property is conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, and attractions. You'll be just a short drive from the beautiful Gulf Coast beaches, including Anna Maria Island, Siesta Key Beach and Lido Key Beach. You can also explore nearby attractions like the Ringling Museum of Art, the Sarasota Jungle Gardens, and the Mote Marine Laboratory and Aquarium.

JeffereyThe overall stay was good. I feel 5 stars is not merrited very often in any property. To show up and not have lights working above in the master bedroom was not acceptable. We also encountered a fire alarm churping that I had to disconnecct. If a place is not inspected by a host, this is what you find. The place had many extras to make up for those two issues. I think this stay was 4 stars all around. The community pool absolutely stole the show and even though a neighbor said no to my kids Bass fishing the catches were a plenty. I would reccomend this place to a friend for a lower cost rental in the specific area as other properties offered more and seemed more luxurious. We did enjoy our stay overall. 4 stars :)

HeatherGreat place Positive: The house was absolutely beautiful! It's in a great neighborhood with really nice neighbors. Negative: We weren't left a key card for the pool or a garage door opener. That was a bit of a nucence. But overall it was amazing!

SheilaWonderful hosts who are very friendly and quick to respond. Their home was immaculately clean and well stocked. The decor was all matching and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and the screened lanai a great place to enjoy the water view and ducks, birds & squirrel. Sabal Harbor is close to shops, restaurants, and a short 10 min ride to Lakewood Ranch.

ChristineThe house was well stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had everything, including coffee filters which we forgot to buy! There were plenty of towels and linens for the four of us. The neighborhood was quiet and it was easy to find the house. It was a very relaxing stay, much better than being in a hotel!
