Of the many homes we have rented over a period of several years, the Dolphin Villa was outstanding! With a private south facing pool and hot tub, our stay was enjoyable and relaxing for the family. This is a five star choice! When considering another vacation to Florida this home will be at the top of our list!There are a few things that do need attention due to the age and use of the Villa:1) A new coffee pot 2) A new toaster 3) Replace the Fridge water filter 4) Vacuum under the sofa 5) The covers for the Hot Tub should be replaced (they are old and the exterior part of the cover is breaking down quickly with particles getting into the water)Just a suggestion: Install a bar/hand rail on the pool steps. This would make it easier to get in and out of the pool.
