We were very pleased with our stay at Bellamar Place! Michelle was very pleasant to work with throughout our entire stay. The condo was fully equipped with everything we needed to make our stay absolutely perfect! I would highly recommend her and this condo if you are looking for a great place to stay.

For 49 years my bride and I have as snow birds come down to South west Florida, and for one decade with our daughter, who incidentally came to Florida before Ian to stay next to us at our beach front condo, that unfortunately got severe damage from Hurricane Ian. With limited choices to secure a rental condo, on the water front, for obvious reasons of not being rebuilt. I reached out to friends and family that go to Bellamar Gardens. Which is inland! Never had an inland experience except for Disney. We'll, the Host Michelle was exceptional to discuss the unit, paved the way for a seamless day one, place is 2nd floor corner unit which has a two sided lanai, surrounded by palm and 40 feet from clubhouse pool and gas grills!. Furnished like it was your home, not stripped down. Had every thing you could ask for except two things, one was a coffee grinder lol, I purchased one and had it delivered next day Amazon, and 2nd, my wife's sister who is retired with her husband, and we aren't quite there yet, secured the unit for next Jan, February and March. Which if we were retired, you bet I would book it for those months. Convenient to all you could ask for within 12 minutes. Neighbors were so polite, and we played bingo on their clubhouse on Monday and one a round! So fun! Now being inland for the 1st time, didn't miss anything, we were at multiple beaches within minutes, and should say this but.. our Host also has a winter home in Fort Myers area, and we sat with them at a cooking class and well, now I'm having a hard time locating a place that equals Michelle condo we leased, that was their winter home and the Furnishings and decorations and so comfy bed and new couch and chair has spoiled us. Michelle thank you so much for letting us enjoy your Florida paradise ️.

We had a great stay at this condo in Bellmar. Beautiful pool and grounds. This condo had all the amenities and very clean. We will be back !
