Positioned directly on the sugar white sand, enjoy the vivid views all across the emerald hued waters. The cozy comforts and location provides a lovely laid back ambiance which serenely enhances your stay at the beach. You are only steps away from taking a plunge in the gorgeous gulf, soaking up the rays of the sun on the shimmering beach and hearing the soothing sound of the surf!

The layout of Summer Haven 3 is unique, and features sleeping arrangements on the bottom and third floors with the main living area nestled in between on the second floor. This makes the home hospitable for separate families or generations of guests who may be sharing this space. The entire first floor encompasses the beachfront custom built bunk room. Stroll out the sliding glass doors that lead to the sun deck overlooking the glistening gulf. Outdoor cushioned wicker furniture allows you to enjoy these sights with your favorite tropical drink with a convenient Wet Bar just inside. Relax and get the best night's sleep on the two sets of custom built full/full bunks and twin bunk beds nestled nearby provide ample sleeping quarters, there's also a sleeper sofa for 2. The full bathroom has a large walk-in shower with glass doors and double vanities.

Upstairs the open living area has plush furnishings with pleasing coastal shades of blue that provides a fine compliment to the beautiful brand new flooring. Guests will find a love seat and a couch that also serves as another queen sized sleeper sofa! Panoramic sliding glass doors lead out onto the open upper level sundeck that has a table with chairs for surf side dining. Inside, a glass topped table with six bamboo frame chairs and four bar stools nearby provide additional dining space. The sleek granite countertop bar faces the remodeled kitchen providing a perfect place to serve seafood appetizers and tropical drinks.

On the third level, sleeping arrangements include two bedrooms with private baths. The spacious Master Bedroom has a king sized bed and a wall of windows providing full views of the dazzling gulf. The second bedroom on this floor has a king sized bed and both rooms have flat screen TVs with décor completed with charming and tranquil furnishings.

This grand Scenic Gulf Drive location is very close to popular beachfront restaurants, championship golf courses and tennis and lots of family fun at the Village of Baytowne Wharf in nearby Sandestin.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

*This home rents Saturday to Saturday during Spring Break and Summer months. *No College/Student groups allowed. all renters must be 25 and older with the exception of children in families.

*Weddings/Events– Are not permitted at this home per HOA rules and regulations.
