A security deposit of $750 is REQUIRED and will be fully refunded within 30 days or less of the rental end date if there are no damages to the property.
A membership transfer fee of $150 is REQUIRED and paid directly to the HOA. This is needed to access the amenities in the community (pool, gym, tennis court, pickle ball court, spa, etc.)
If you plan to play golf during your stay, a golf membership transfer fee will have to be paid to the HOA. The golf membership transfer will be for the two people included in the membership transfer form. Others will be considered as guests.
Cost of golf membership transfer is based on the length of the transfer period:
- One month: $200.00
- Two months: $300.00
- Three or more months: $400.00
Details of the cost after the membership discount are given below, but it can change as per the HOA directive.
- January till March: $75 for 18 holes and $40 for 9 holes (This is the cart and green fee)
- April - $40 for 18 holes and $30 for 9 holes. (This is the cart and green fee)
- If you invite guests, you'll have to play with the guests and the charges for each guest will be $120 before noon and $100 in the afternoon.
You'll be able to book tee times 5 days in advance using a website. The golf pro shop also has a points system called Chelsea Points. The more you play, the higher preference you get when booking a tee time.

This condo is in a great location - Heritage Landing, on the 11th green. Safely nestled on the second floor you can enjoy a great breeze when windows are open, comfortable furniture, golfers putting on green, and keep an eye on the alligators that live in the pond! The condo is comfortable and perfect size for two to four people. Kitchen is well-functioning and most kitchen tools are available for your use. The host is very accommodating and responsive.Highly recommend renting this condo!

I would highly recommend this condo. We stayed 2 months and loved it. It is bright, clean and well stocked for an extended stay. We paid for the membership transfer, and it was well worth it. We enjoyed all the amenities that Heritage Landing has to offer. The golf course is excellent, and we played it every week. We enjoyed the resort pool and tiki bar and used the close by satellite pool often. We enjoyed the lanai every day to watch golfers, gators and sunsets. Prakash in an excellent host who responded quickly to any questions or issues. He checked with us after arrival to make sure everything was to our liking. We did have an air conditioning issue and Prakash had a handyman there within an hour to assess the problem. Then he had after hours service come and resolve it within a few hours. We will definitely rent this condo again when we return to the area.

This was our first time staying at Heritage Landing and we have no regrets. The condo was well appointed and the lanai had wonderful views of the golf course with stunning sunsets and a variety of wildlife. We really enjoyed all of the amenities at Heritage Landing including the pools, pickleball, golf, tennis, and tiki bar. Prakash is a fantastic host, responsive and helpful at all times. We have already rebooked for next year!

Pleasant location overlooking golf course & pond, and fun to watch the golfers while having coffee in the morning. Enjoyed hearing music & karaoke beside the beautiful pool & tiki bar in the evenings. Short drive to area attractions. Our host was immediately responsive to any questions we had. Could have stayed longer if we had the time.

This is a pristine new condominium on the Heritage Landing Golf Course. The 2 bedrooms are comfortable and clean and the kitchen is very well stocked. The view from the lanai was of the 11 th green and fun to watch the golfers come in. We appreciated the right to transfer golf membership and to be able to play on a great and challenging course. We have booked again for next year!

We loved stayed in this condo. The condo is well maintained and the host was great. The community is beautiful. It has a smaller pool near the condo and a larger community pool. We had a lovely time at Heritage Landing and can't wait until we can go back.
