→ Resort Fee - There is a $30 parking fee per stay and $6.00 wristbands fee per stay per person that will need to be purchased upon arrival.
→ The person making the reservation needs to be 25 and over to book and be present.
→ MONTHLY STAYS - Message Us for Great, Long Term Snowbird and Travel Nurse Rental Rates Throughout the Fall and Winter Months!
→ NO PETS - No animals unless a CERTIFIED SERVICE animal (NO ESA are permitted) - this is per our condo association rules and there are NO EXCEPTIONS. We do require SERVICE animals to provide documentation including services provided by the animal, and that the information is provided in advance of the stay.
→ There is a coin operated laundry available on the first floor!
→ INITIAL SUPPLIES UPON ARRIVAL - Dolce Vita Getaways PCB furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap starter pack, small washing machine powder, and one paper towel. Each bathroom has travel size amenities including shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom is provided.

McKenzieMy mom and I took a vacation to Panama City and stayed in Valeriya’s condo! It was absolutely beautiful. We loved reading with the amazing view of the ocean right outside the window! It was also nice having chairs on the beach for the week! We will definitely stay again!

MatressaShe was an excellent host! I wish I could say she was very responsive, but her instructions were so straightforward, there was no need to contact her during our stay!! She made sure we were clear on everything from beginning to end. I will definitely be using this location again...

MissyLoved this unit. There were only two of us and the space was perfect. It is cute, the furnishings are comfortable, the unit was clean, the balcony was a great size and getting on the beach was a breeze. The shower was also amazing. This unit would not have worked for our family of four but it could work for a family with smaller children but the unit is cozy. The area is the only thing I wouldn't give 5 stars to because it seemed to be extremely popular with college-aged, groups. Communication was great. Overall it was a great stay and a great unit. We loved our stay.

NaydineThe place was really clean and exactly what we needed for our stay. The beach access and pool access was walkable and easy to get to. It is a very high traffic area so keep that in mind. Other than that it was a great stay!
