ChristineMy daughter and I had a wonderful stay! Everything was exactly as described and we were very pleased with the included beach chair service. We used it every day and Clayton was super accommodating. The amenities were very up to date, the decor was extremely well done and the dehumidifier was a great touch for added comfort! We will definitely come back and request this unit again. Wonderful fall break!

JessicaThis condo is absolutely beautiful and has everything you could need right near the condo. Great distance to all the best restaurants. We definitely enjoyed the chairs that were available on the beach so we didn't have to carry all of our things. The only thing that we did not enjoy was the bed. We woke up sore every morning.

StacyOur place was great!!! Host was great. Master bedroom was always cold but the living area was pretty warm. Luckily we had taken fans. Apparently a lot of people had Sunbird has big issues with their A/C not working. The main, and best, pool was closed for two days.Again, the host and unit were great!!

MadisonLoved our stay, beautiful condo! Clean and exactly like the pictures. Incredible view! We loved having breakfast on the balcony, the water is so close that it feels like you're on the beach all the time.Only rating four stars because of the elevators. One elevator was malfuntioning for the duration of our stay, but both elevators broke the morning of our check out. This unit is on the 11th floor, so it was really hard hitting all those flights of stairs with our luggage! The owner was super nice about it though and responded immediately when I told her, so we were able to take a little bit more time to get everything loaded into our car. The elevators appears to be fixed briefly during this process, but actually broke again, so we were out of luck.Not a huge deal for us, but could be an accessibility problem for others, just something to be aware of. We will be back for sure, though! Thanks!

TaylorOur favorite part was definitely being next to the Pineapple Willy’s restaurant! They have great drinks and refillable cups we used all week. The heated pool was also really nice for our stay because we went the beginning of March so it wasn’t super warm out yet. This condo is right in the middle of everything as well so we never had a far drive to anything. If it wasn’t so windy we probably would have walked more places!

KelseyThis place was such a great find. Super clean, very pretty decor and the view was nice. I’m used to staying right over the beach but this was just as good for a little lesser in price. Unfortunately there was a biker convention type thing going on so it was not quite as quiet on the balcony lol but hey, as long as you know whats going on in the area before you book, you will be fine! I will be back.. minus the bikers

AlexisLoved the condo, view was amazing, great area around everything. The free beach chairs were the best! Only thing I have to say is the left elevator didn’t work on and off the whole trip and one time in the elevator it stopped on the second floor and the door didn’t open til we hit the open door button , we walked upstairs for rest of the floors , that just freaked me out more than anything. MirandaVery nice condo! Only strange things were that there was no full oven, but there was a toaster oven! (Which also worked for a night in of frozen pizzas.) You could also see through the bathroom door so it was awkward since not everyone in our group was related/comfortable. Great view of the ocean and always great people watching at Pineapple Willie’s! Easy access to the beach and the chairs and umbrella. Plenty of space to sleep 4 easily along with extra bedding. Would definitely recommend staying here again! Can’t wait for next year!

TetyanaWe really enjoyed our stay! the pictures don’t do justice on the ocean view. Everything was neat and clean and didn’t have that “icky” feeling. Love the remodel! We only had an issue with the elevator once and had to carry the wagon down 11 floors but it was not the hosts fault. The maintenance did fix it that same day. the walk to the beach is super quick and a huge plus to have beach service. There are 3 pools, one that is heated. It would have been nice to have basic seasonings in the kitchen like salt and pepper but not a big deal. Overall, loved this place!!

It had a private beach access which was amazing and not very crowded! The complex was quiet and relaxing. There is a little bit of construction going on but it’s only during business hours, we barely knew they were there. I would highly recommend and will be back!

DoraThis little 1 bedroom condo was perfect for our stay in PCB for the week. It was under construction which was a surprise. The big pool wasn’t open & there was some banging & drilling noises going on but not at night, mostly during the day. Overall it was a good stay.

JinniaThe place had an amazing view. Just as it was described. It was just big enough for my small family of 4 (kids ages 3 & 6) if they were older it would not have worked. The place was very well kept. My only issue was that it did not state that construction was going on when booking this hotel and for the price we paid that should have been told upfront. The elevators being half done made us a little uneasy about getting on because it was leaking water but being on 11th floor, we still took the elevator. The main pool was closed due to construction so we only had small pool which was over crowded which that was also not mentioned in description when booking stay. Overall it was still a great stay and my family had a wonderful time! Host was very responsive and easy to communicate with it! We will use Host again!

KristalThe view is simply breathtaking! Valeriya was very responsive, accommodating and easy to communicate with. The building needs to be upgraded but this lovely home was nicely furnished and was very cozy for a family of 4. There isn’t extra blankets and pillows so bring some if you plan on using the sofa bed. Access to the beach is a 2 minute walk when you get off the elevator. The view of the beach from the pool area is beautiful. Pineapple Willys is literally next door, try the gator! Our stay was very short, but already excited about coming back soon. MissyLoved this unit. There were only two of us and the space was perfect. It is cute, the furnishings are comfortable, the unit was clean, the balcony was a great size and getting on the beach was a breeze. The shower was also amazing. This unit would not have worked for our family of four but it could work for a family with smaller children but the unit is cozy. The area is the only thing I wouldn't give 5 stars to because it seemed to be extremely popular with college-aged, groups. Communication was great. Overall it was a great stay and a great unit. We loved our stay.

AlainaMe and my husband stayed here for a week and it was amazing! Perfect spot on the beach. It wasn’t too crowded and there was a restaurant right next door that we walked to that was amazing! The place was clean and we never had any issues with anything. Although there was construction happening in the building, Valeriya was awesome about adjusting our accommodations to ensure a comfortable stay. 5/5 stars would definitely come back!
