We really enjoyed our stay at Valerie”s place. The space was plenty large enough for our family of 4. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed for meals in. The campus had plenty of food and entertainment options as well. I would definitely stay at Valerie’s place in the future.

Unit was fantastic. Host was great! Property could use some upgrading on the elevators. Only one story up but because of disabilities we had to take elevators. Front desk personnel extremely rude and unhelpful with any concerns we had (not about elevators). Overall we had a great experience and will rent again from host (maybe at different location )

This was our 3rd time staying at Laketown Warf but this unit was by far our favorite place we’ve stayed so far! Everything was great. Host was friendly and quickly responsive. The unit was clean and up to date. Huge TV and nice balcony! 10/10 would stay again!

This condo is in a great location right downtown Panama City Beach. Lots of food and stores nearby. Does get fairly busy during peak times like spring break, but was worth it!

Fantastic location! Happened to arrive at night which made finding the actual unit a bit difficult. Building needs some age to elevators as they are a bit hidden.

We had the best time! The condo was very comfortable and clean. The host answered every question I had quickly and accurately. She even sent a picture that described the different beach accesses. The pools were perfect and our kids really enjoyed getting to "pool hop". For any future guests, I recommend using one of the public beach accesses a little further away than the resorts private access. It was the same distant walk from the condo. There was another resort that shared the same location, plus pineapple Willy's. There was way less people on the public beach access side. I highly recommend this condo and this host! We had a wonderful experience.

Valeriya was an amazing host! She was very quick to respond to messages and extremely helpful. The condo was on a very tight lockdown so you feel extremely safe. You have a wristband that gets checked when walking in and out and around the property. You are also provided a decal for your car for the parking garage. Lots of walking around. But, we were a younger group so it didn’t bother us and we actually enjoyed it more walking from place to place, everything you need is around a 5 to 10 minute walk. Condo was very clean and resourceful, they have restaurants downstairs and gift shops, ice cream shop, etc. My group had an amazing trip to PCB and we are very thankful for Valeriya. The one and only little issue my group had was the door code for the beach access never worked for us so we would have to wait for someone to open the door. But again, that had nothing to do with our host. She was wonderful, very friendly and answered extremely quickly. We would 1000% stay here again!!!!!

A walk away from Pinapple Willie's and the beach. 5 pools and resturants at the resort. On the first floor so no need to wait on elevators everytime.

Condo: the ice machine was not working and we had to purchase ice which was a pain considering we were on vacation. I would rent from this host again at a different location. She was a great host!- Bring your own sheets if that is important.Our family will never visit this property again due to the resort not the condo. There are 21 floors at this property and thank goodness this condo is located on the first floor of the bldg. so we only had to go up 1 flight of stairs. When we arrived there isn’t a cart to carry your things up to your condo so that was a challenge. Luckily we had brought a beach cart so we used that to transfer many of our things. There are 2 elevators on our end of the resort and 1 elevator was broken. The day we left we had to carry our luggage down 3 sets of stairs and it was terrible to go home sweaty. You couldn’t ride the elevator b/c there was never enough room considering it was catering to 21 different floors. People were waiting for 30 min or more.

We loved our stay here in PCB. The condo was exactly as we expected and the resort area was so family friendly. The walk to everywhere was short and easy and we love when we don't feel like we have to hop in the car every time we want to do something. The condo was pristinely clean and well stocked for our stay. I would recommend it to anyone!

Great condo! Family of 4 & We loved the light display show every night on the balcony. The walk to the beach wasn’t too far & there was a coffee shop right underneath us. The place was very clean! Definitely recommend.

It was absolutely beautiful, love staying there will definitely do it again. Place was immaculate and worked out for the family. Lots to do and a lot to eat around us which was great. Gulf Coast burgers was really good and pineapple Willy’s. She was very responsive and helpful with anything that was asked. Beach was like a 5 minute walk and the water show was amazing to watch every night.

I can’t say enough good things about this stay! We have been coming to PCB since I was 4 years old (2000), but have never stayed on this end of the beach, nor anywhere but the same condo every trip. This was a spontaneous booking, and we were SO pleased with our stay! We were able to check in a little early, which was a nice surprise. Beds were comfortable, everything was clean, everything matched the description. My toddler loved the lights/fountain show. Super easy walk to the beach and the whole resort felt very secure. Would recommend this stay to anyone and will definitely book again!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo is in perfect proximity to the beach as well as other attractions. There’s also lots of amenities on the resort, so you could stay on site without venturing out. The host was very responsive whenever I messaged her. Loved the host very helpful she allowed us to check in early which was great, but the lobby does not get there u too 10 and you have to wait for them to give you a QR code so you can register your vehicle and pay the parking fee. The condo was perfect for my family of 4 we slept and showered and was able to wash our clothes it was very relaxing! I would def go back! The coffee shop was great, the pools were great, we used the stairs a lot because the elevators took for ever! The Wharf rest. Downstairs was good and the kids loved the ice cream shops. The beach was not to far! We slept good and had a great vacation! Thank you Valeriya!

Valeriya's condo was a fantastic place for our family to stay at. We had a wonderful time in the Panama City Beach area and were very pleased with the size of her condo and how well-kept it was. This condo also has a beautiful view of the lake on the backside of the condo complex which was really fun at night with the fountain show they did—a great assortment of restaurants and activities nearby with a 5-minute walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a beautiful condo that fit our needs perfectly. My only complaint is that getting to the condo from the parking garage is a lot of walking as the elevator in the parking garage doesnt go directly to the condos. So, you have to park in the South Garage and walk around the boardwalk to the right to get to the closest elevator. We brought a wagon so that was helpful on getting things back and forth but it would be a struggle without it. But it was beautiful and in a great location. Will recommend to friends
