We loved that it was on the second floor - just walked quickly to our condo from the parking garage without need for the elevators! Highly recommend this condo. Val was a great host! RosaNice stay. Off season, not a lot open in the area but, that was nice because it was a more relaxed and peaceful stay. It would have been great if the amenity included an extra roll of toilet tissue, Lol. So, pack toilet tissue;-) Other than that we did enjoy time with family.

RahimGreat price and a really great location. Place is pretty close to ground level so you don't have to hassle with elevators and the resort is near the most popular part of the beach including a bunch of restaurants. The condo was clean and was really nice. Host is responsive and communicates all information beforehand. No complaints, very professional!

Melanie Q S.My husband and I stayed at the property for six weeks, with a week’s visit from friends. The place was a real home away from home - very clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated and homey. Living room, bedroom and kitchen furnishings are not the run of the mill, giving the impression that guests are respected and trusted. Communication with the host is an A+. Response was almost on real time. Whatever we needed as we settled were met and the host ensured our comfort and privacy all the time. The location of the unit on the second floor was a big plus because parking on the connected building facilitated movement w/o total dependence on the busy elevators. Unfortunately, we didn’t use any of the amenities of the building, but the restaurants and establishments on the ground floor came in very handy. Also, our last minute decision to extend our stay went so smoothly. We will certainly stay at this place again going forward.

Jessica L.Property very nice, however we did not have a hot shower our entire stay. It was attempted to be fixed, but wasn’t. I communicated with property manager on Saturday night and have not heard from them. We paid quite a bit of money for cold showers after playing softball all day.

AllisonWe always enjoy staying at Laketown Wharf in PCB and Valeriya's place was no exception. Located conveniently close to elevators and the parking garage walkway meant we didn't have to lug all of our stuff very far. The beds were comfortable and clean. I really appreciate all the extra pillows and blankets available in the closets. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. I was especially pleased with the well-appointed kitchen. Good quality cookware, utensils and appliances made it so easy to prepare meals and save money on eating out. You don't often get decent pots and pans in a rental kitchen, so I really appreciate that detail. We could have used an extra dish towel or two as well as a few more washcloths (1 per person was not enough in my opinion). Other than that, I have only good things to say about this condo. Thank you, Valeriya for offering such a welcoming space.

Sabrina W.Very nice place loved the atmosphere only thing we didn’t like was the master bedroom stayed hotter than the other rooms and the splash bar was never opened during our stay not even sure if it’s opened at all. The children’s pool wasn’t like the picture on the website so that needs updating also with it being a nice resort they only had one fountain working instead of all but the light show was pretty!

JoeyValeriya is an excellent example of a great Host! Quick responses were greatly appreciated. A lot to do within a 5-10 minute walk/drive. Plenty of great restaurants around. The condo was super clean and the layout is perfect. All amenities listed were accounted for. 10/10 would recommend, Valeriya and her place are awesome!

LeslieThe host did a great job with communication from start to finish. The condo had. been updated after we booked it which was a great surprise! It was Spring break and therefore crowded, but the condo was a great way to get away from the hustle and bustle! Great balcony space and very comfortable furnishings.
