EARLY CHECK-IN DETAILS:
Standard check-in begins at 4:00 PM Central. Early check-in cannot be guaranteed or approved in advance. If the property becomes available early, we’ll contact you and may offer access before 4:00 PM for a $40 fee. If you need guaranteed access earlier in the day- consider adding the previous night to your reservation, if available.
→ Resort Fee - There is a $35 parking fee per stay and $5.00 wristbands fee per stay per person that will need to be purchased upon arrival.
→ The person making the reservation needs to be 25 and over to book and be present.
→ MONTHLY STAYS - Message Us for Great, Long Term Snowbird and Travel Nurse Rental Rates Throughout the Fall and Winter Months!
→ NO PETS - No animals unless a CERTIFIED SERVICE animal (NO ESA are permitted) - this is per our condo association rules and there are NO EXCEPTIONS. We do require SERVICE animals to provide documentation including services provided by the animal, and that the information is provided in advance of the stay.
→ There is a coin operated laundry available on the first floor!
→ INITIAL SUPPLIES UPON ARRIVAL - Dolce Vita Getaways PCB furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap starter pack, small washing machine powder, and one paper towel. Each bathroom has travel size amenities including shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom is provided.

RachelThis was a great condo right on the beach! My husband and I enjoyed hanging out on the balcony while listening to the waves. Also, the complimentary chairs and umbrella on the beach were perfect on hot days. Finally, our host was very communicative and friendly. This is a perfect getaway for a couple looking for a beachfront place to stay.

DarinWe had a great time at this location. Very easy and quick check-in, everything was clean, and view of beach and Gulf of America was just as we expected. JessicaThis condo was everything we wanted for our “babymoon”! The renovations are beautiful and everything felt very intentional. The kitchen was fully stocked with new appliances and gadgets. The bathroom was extremely clean and beautifully designed. We loved eating breakfast, lunch and dinner on the balcony with the gorgeous views! The beach chairs and umbrella were a great bonus.

JaneThis condo is clean and decorated beautifully supplied with all dishes & cookware that you need. The view from 12th floor balcony is stellar and we loved having the chaise lounges and umbrella set up everyday waiting for us. We hope to return next year!
