→ Resort Fee - There is a $35 parking fee per stay and $5.00 wristbands fee per stay per person that will need to be purchased upon arrival.
→ The person making the reservation needs to be 25 and over to book and be present.

→ NO PETS - No animals unless a CERTIFIED SERVICE animal (NO ESA are permitted) - this is per our condo association rules and there are NO EXCEPTIONS. We do require SERVICE animals to provide documentation including services provided by the animal, and that the information is provided in advance of the stay.
→ There is a coin operated laundry available on the first floor!
→ INITIAL SUPPLIES UPON ARRIVAL - Dolce Vita Getaways PCB furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap starter pack, small washing machine powder, and one paper towel. Each bathroom has travel size amenities including shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom is provided.

AshleyThis place hit the mark! The photos do not do it justice! The decor was beautiful and the space was perfect for myself and my young daughter. I really appreciated the included beach rentals. The building was in a great location and we loved walking next door to Pineapple Willy’s! We visited during spring break, so the area was busier than usual, but we always felt safe. The view from the balcony was incredible and we enjoyed sitting out watching the sunset! Val was an amazing host and was always available and responsive! We enjoyed our time so much that we even wanted to extend our trip, but the unit was already booked. Can’t wait to come back again!

JessicaThis condo was everything we wanted for our “babymoon”! The renovations are beautiful and everything felt very intentional. The kitchen was fully stocked with new appliances and gadgets. The bathroom was extremely clean and beautifully designed. We loved eating breakfast, lunch and dinner on the balcony with the gorgeous views! The beach chairs and umbrella were a great bonus.

JaneThis condo is clean and decorated beautifully supplied with all dishes & cookware that you need. The view from 12th floor balcony is stellar and we loved having the chaise lounges and umbrella set up everyday waiting for us. We hope to return next year!

SherritaThis lovely penthouse was exactly what my husband and I envisioned to kick off the holiday season! The oceanview was endless! So relaxing! Excellent amenities at the condo made us feel like nothing was missing. We enjoyed Pineapple Willy's our first night! Can't wait to return!
