LaceyWe have been going to Edgewater every summer since 2020. We stayed in this unit in 2020 and it has been significantly updated since then.It is on the first floor of tower 2 right across from the stairs so super easy access. I will say that they have blocked off access to get the to the Leeward and Windward towers which is the closest beach access but the beach access in front of Oceans Restraunt isn’t a bad walk. You have a great view of the beach with only a sun deck in front of the condo.The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. We got a 2 bedroom planning for our 2 children to sleep in the second bedroom but they slept in the bunk beds in the hall across from the kitchen every night and loved them! Each of the hall bunk beds has a small TV so when the kids woke up super early they watched TV until everyone else woke up. The mattress in the master is comfortable and the master bath has a nice large shower with good water pressure and a double sink.The condo could accommodate two families with children. The guest room has a king and small bunk beds built into a closet that would work for young children. The bunk bed in the hall is a twin over full and could sleep 2-3 people.The owner was very responsive and good to work with.Overall a great stay and we hope to visit this unit again!

MichelleOur place was very nice. First floor. Bed rooms each had a king . Master shower was very nice! Kitchen had everything we needed- even disposable forks/knives, spoons and paper bowls. They had beach chairs as well! Kitchen was nice and roomy! Nice fridge that was ice cold. Short walk to the beach. You have to get down there early to get a front row seat at the beach. The only draw back is tents and personal chairs can be out anywhere so although we rented chairs and an umbrella, we had someone put up a tent and chairs right in front of us (and we were front row for rentals).

TiaWe love staying at Edgewater! This unit had a great view and was super convenient being on the 1st floor so that we could take the stairs. One of the elevators was being updated so being able to take a short stair walk was very convenient. They had plenty of starter supplies, which was a plus. Everything was clean and as described. Great condo! The hosts communicated great as well.

MarkWhat a great place to stay at the beach! first floor great ocean views at the west end of the building, right at the pool. This unit has it all. This is our first time in tower two and who what a treat. we with definitely stay in 111 again. Just look at that number and it tells you all you need to know. We absolutely loved it.

Edgewater Beach Tower II unit 111 was an excellent location with great beach views. Loved the year round heated pool just below and the onsite workout room. However some things on the property are not open during Jan / Feb. Close to restaurants and attractions when in season. Would definitely consider this unit in the future.
