There is a King Bed in guest bedroom with a TV + two twin beds in the Disney themed room + travel beds you can put in any room and Pack-n-Play.

Right beside Margaritaville is a small complex which has boutique shops and even a dine-in cinema. Besides Margaritaville, there is a variety of restaurants within minutes of the home.

Location was quiet. Home was beautiful and well maintained. My only comment would be to have a casserole dish to be able to bake something in the oven. Also a pizza pan. Besides these items it is well stocked. The couple that manages the place were very kind as well. Unfortunately we had to cut our stay by a week due to hurricane Milton as we had booked the home for a month.

This is a well appointed 3 bed 2 bath single story villa . It is set in a non HOA residential area and is within travelling distance to the attractions and parks . Pool area was in excellent condition although the pool furniture is not suitable for potentially 6 guests as there are only 2 sun beds and four chairs . The master bedroom was clean , tidy and with new furniture. The second smaller queen bedroom was well appointed with the final twin room . These rooms share a small bathroom with a shower over the bath . The villa was well appointed and clean upon our arrival . The lounge furniture is dated and showing signs of its age . The en-suite bathroom and the second bathroom are both dated but perfectly functional and we appreciate the cost involved in up dating these . The kitchen has been updated and was well appointed with everything you need for your vacation.

This house was perfect for our trip to Disney and we were never more than 20 minutes from any of the parks even with traffic. The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. My girls loved the mickey mouse room and we all loved the pool. I especially loved how secluded the pool felt with the reserve right behind us. There were also some noodles, beach balls, and a big chair float to enjoy which was nice since I didn't bring any of that. Oh and there's a nice light in the pool for night time swimming. Having a washer and dryer was a lifesaver and the master suite in this house was HUGE! Marcy was great to work with and always replied quickly to anything we needed, including some last minute changes. I would definitely rent this house again in the future.

We spent 3 weeks here and we were very impressed with this lovely, clean spacious home. The beds were all very comfortable. The area is near all the restaurants we normally frequent. It’s in a safe quiet neighborhood. The pool was sparkling clean which my grandson really enjoyed for his short visit. We would definitely consider staying here again!

This house welcomed me as soon as I arrived. Everything was accessible and easy to find and use. Location was great for getting anywhere especially the Disney parks. I walked my dog at various times of the day and never felt unsafe. I would not only recommend this rental but hope to personally rent again. I highly recommend this agency and especially Marcy with whom I have on several occasions been able to easily place all my trust!

This house is perfect! My daughter and I wanted to escape Michigan for spring break. All we wanted was a house with a pool. This house exceeded our expectations. We felt safe and comfortable here. Light and bright house. Comfortable bed and couches! Pool was absolutely amazing and clean! The shaded table outside was perfect for all of our meals. The location is great! Close by to everything you could need. Quiet neighborhood. Thank you for a wonderful getaway. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was so relaxing. It was so nice to have our own pool, right out the back door. The pond behind has lots of wild life that we enjoyed watching. We cooked at the house every day and it had everything we needed. If your thinking of booking just do it! We would love to stay at this house again.

We LOVED our stay in this gorgeous, spacious, and beautiful villa! It is definitely an exquisite, “home away from home!” The lush water views from the sparkling pool were soooo relaxing! The pool was warm when we arrived, and it was lovely to enjoy dinner on the comfortable patio furniture, before our relaxing swim! There was an abundance of towels, dishes, pans, etc! Incredibly well stocked villa, with thoughtful extras like: travel sized spa-brand body washes & shampoo, etc., so we could wash up that first night without unpacking our things; and the thoughtful touches like a sponge, dish soap, new trash bag etc., meant we didn’t have to hurry out to shop for supplies right away! Bliss! We can’t speak highly enough about the beautiful furnishings and comfortable beds, the huge & luxurious Master Bathroom, and the overall perfect cleanliness of every inch of this lovely villa and property! It was so peaceful, surrounded by so much stunning natural beauty - and it was also a nice surprise to be conveniently close to Disney property, grocery stores, and restaurants! They even contacted us quickly, after we’d checked out, to let us know we had left some rechargers behind! So efficient! We would love to return, someday - and we will enthusiastically recommend it to our friends & family! Thank you so much for such a wonderful visit!!
