This spacious 3 bedroom and 2 bath home has cathedral ceilings and an open floorplan, with a living room, breakfast nook, and formal dining area. The kitchen is fully outfitted with all the appliances and utensils needed should you choose to cook at home.
The home features a private screened in pool with covered eating and sitting areas. Enjoy a morning swim in the pool or a quiet cup of coffee each morning under the shade of the lanai as you take in the spectacular view of the lake and nature preserve.
The Master Suite, with a beautiful view of the pool, lake and nature preserve, features a king-size bed, flatscreen TV, and a separate entrance to the lanai & pool. The master bath has a walk-in shower, separate garden tub, double vanity sinks and walk-in closet. There is a King Bed in guest bedroom with a TV + two twin beds in the Disney themed room + travel beds you can put in any room and Pack-n-Play.
Located just 6 miles from the magic of Disney World and just minutes away from all of Orlando's major attractions and dining, including Universal Studios, Sea World, International Drive, Outlet Malls, Old Town, and I-4 highway to Downtown Orlando.

Right beside Margaritaville is a small complex which has boutique shops and even a dine-in cinema. Besides Margaritaville, there is a variety of restaurants within minutes of the home.

About the owner: We are Hannah and Alan. As former Michigan residents, we love all that Florida has to offer - the beautiful weather, the many theme parks, the tranquil beaches, an endless variety of restaurants, and so many fun activities to do. This property is our family vacation home, and we love staying here every chance we get.
Why this property? When we were looking for a home to purchase in Florida, we wanted a pool home that was well-built in a quality neighborhood with a lakefront nature view. It was important to be close to Disney, Universal and all the other theme parks and attractions. And yet, we value peace and tranquility to relax. The endless restaurant choices just minutes away is wonderful. We love Florida beaches and having Cocoa Beach or Canaveral National Seashore a short 1 1/2-hour drive away is fantastic! Being so centrally located makes everything in Florida easy to get to. When we found this home, sitting peacefully on a lake overlooking the forever green nature preserve, it was everything we had desired and more. We hope that you will enjoy your stay here as much as we do.

Do do we have to go somewhere and get a key?
No. The home has a keypad on the door. We assign you a code. You can check in Any time after 4 PM. Check out is 10 AM.
Is the $69 damage deposit waiver insurance refunded?

We spent 3 weeks here and we were very impressed with this lovely, clean spacious home. The beds were all very comfortable. The area is near all the restaurants we normally frequent. It’s in a safe quiet neighborhood. The pool was sparkling clean which my grandson really enjoyed for his short visit. We would definitely consider staying here again!

This house welcomed me as soon as I arrived. Everything was accessible and easy to find and use. Location was great for getting anywhere especially the Disney parks. I walked my dog at various times of the day and never felt unsafe. I would not only recommend this rental but hope to personally rent again. I highly recommend this agency and especially Marcy with whom I have on several occasions been able to easily place all my trust!

This house is perfect! My daughter and I wanted to escape Michigan for spring break. All we wanted was a house with a pool. This house exceeded our expectations. We felt safe and comfortable here. Light and bright house. Comfortable bed and couches! Pool was absolutely amazing and clean! The shaded table outside was perfect for all of our meals. The location is great! Close by to everything you could need. Quiet neighborhood. Thank you for a wonderful getaway. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was so relaxing. It was so nice to have our own pool, right out the back door. The pond behind has lots of wild life that we enjoyed watching. We cooked at the house every day and it had everything we needed. If your thinking of booking just do it! We would love to stay at this house again.

We LOVED our stay in this gorgeous, spacious, and beautiful villa! It is definitely an exquisite, “home away from home!” The lush water views from the sparkling pool were soooo relaxing! The pool was warm when we arrived, and it was lovely to enjoy dinner on the comfortable patio furniture, before our relaxing swim! There was an abundance of towels, dishes, pans, etc! Incredibly well stocked villa, with thoughtful extras like: travel sized spa-brand body washes & shampoo, etc., so we could wash up that first night without unpacking our things; and the thoughtful touches like a sponge, dish soap, new trash bag etc., meant we didn’t have to hurry out to shop for supplies right away! Bliss! We can’t speak highly enough about the beautiful furnishings and comfortable beds, the huge & luxurious Master Bathroom, and the overall perfect cleanliness of every inch of this lovely villa and property! It was so peaceful, surrounded by so much stunning natural beauty - and it was also a nice surprise to be conveniently close to Disney property, grocery stores, and restaurants! They even contacted us quickly, after we’d checked out, to let us know we had left some rechargers behind! So efficient! We would love to return, someday - and we will enthusiastically recommend it to our friends & family! Thank you so much for such a wonderful visit!!
