Requirements for reserving this unit: refundable security deposit of $1,000 and a cleaning fee of $200.
Amenities can be transferred from owner to tenant. Pool and clubhouse amenities require a mandatory one-time transfer fee of $150.
Golf membership fee is $200 for one month, $300 for 2 months and $400 for 3-month tenancy and is optional.
All utilities are included ($75 monthly cap on electric) in the rental price as well as cable TV and WiFi.

This brand new condo overlooked both the golf course & the nature preserve. We enjoyed relaxing on the patio watching all of the birds. Also, my husband played pickle ball & golf. The area was great for biking, walking & of course, swimming in the beautiful pools. We enjoyed the serenity of the area but also the ability to explore many areas on the Gulf coast. The condo was exceptionally well stocked with everything you might need on vacation. It was all around a great place!
