Sunset Serenity, Condo 301 is located on the 3rd floor at Shores of Panama, with same floor reserved parking. The age requirement to rent this condo is 21. There is an on-site $115 registration fee required by the resort for beach-access armbands and garage parking passes.
*Note: There is no access for vehicles considered "oversized". The maximum height is 6 feet, 11 inches. Vehicles cannot exceed the normal length of 18 feet including hitches or any other attachments and a width of 8 feet, 6 inches.
"Sunset Serenity" has 3 large bedrooms (3 king beds) each with a full bathroom attached. The middle guest bedroom has a full trundle under the king bed. This condo also includes a Sectional Sofa, a full leather futon, a full Roll-away bed with 2" memory foam topper, a queen Blow-up Mattress, and a Pack-n-Play to sleeps 10+ guests. Fully remodeled with wood luxury vinyl plank throughout. Updates include new flooring, fresh paint, new appliances, all new bedding and mattresses, new furnishings including an adjustable height workstation/office desk with new Laser-Jet printer, new light fixtures, and more!
Sunset Serenity has the most desirable floor plan and the most prime location within the Shores of Panama Resort! Enjoy a full beach view, and sunsets off its large, wrap-around balcony! This beautifully decorated unit is located on the third floor, so no elevators are needed to get to the beach or pool! Plus, dedicated same-level garage parking!
This unit has the most spectacular sunset view! Beach views grace the Master Bedroom and the balcony, which is accessible from the living room and Master bedroom. Located on the third floor means you never have to use the elevator and the stairway for the pool/beach is conveniently located two units down the hall. It has possibly the best-dedicated parking spot in the complex – it's the closest spot to the East entrance on the same floor as the unit. "Sunset Serenity" is located on the 3rd floor at Shores of Panama Resort, with a reserved parking spot located on the 3rd floor. No elevators needed! The age requirement to rent this condo is 21. The entire condo is yours complete with keyless access. You will also have access to the resort beach, the best pool in the area, the best condo fitness center, a great indoor pool, and a hot tub. There is a one-time/per group/per reservation RESORT FEE for garage parking passes and beach/pool access armbands. The fee is currently $105, but subject to change. This resort package includes 2 garage parking passes and up to 10 armbands.
*Note! This condo and the condo next door can be rented at the same time to larger groups to sleep up to 18 guests.

Beautiful condo. Extremely comfortable beds. Plenty of room for the whole family. Nice balcony and gorgeous view. Pool was nice and large but water was very cold but it was September. There is a long walk from parking garage to room but well worth it.

Place is amazing!
Let me just start by saying that Azure properties, Carla, is very nice and accommodating. She responds to texts very timely, gives suggestions on where to eat, sends an email full of information about your stay, parking space,etc. Was a very smooth reservation.Next, the place - 301 Shores of Panama. Book the place - The condo and wrap around balcony are so beautiful. You are so close to the beach, with a perfect view. The inside of condo is remodeled, beds are comfortable, place is tastefully decorated beach theme. Appliances - state of the art - washer/dryer, blender, keurig, and others- all top notch. I don't go on vacation to cook, but there was enough of everything there to make full meals if you wanted. Unit was very, very clean. Most important thing to me is cleanliness and a nicely decorated unit. Bedrooms were decent sizes, all bedrooms have their own full bathrooms. Alot of drawer and closet spaces. Place has everything - even some beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, beach towels, beach toys if you have little ones.The reserved parking spot - perfect. I read many reviews of the tight parking garage and the long waits for the elevators. You are on the 3rd floor plus your parking spot is on the 3rd floor. The parking spot is the best spot, you don't have to squeeze in a tight spot. YOu get out of car and walk same floor to the condo. No need to take the elevators to the beach or pool - steps are right there.Location is great-Walmart within walking distance, donut shop, food places, Pineapple willys next door. Great drinks and food decent.First time to PCB, and I will be back to PCB one day, and I will rent from Carla again.
