Dockage is available for up to a 35' boat, or use the floating dock for smaller boats and kayaks. Bikes and Kayaks are on site for your use. Walk to Anne's Beach, two restaurants, a corner store, and Channel 2 Bridge for fantastic sunrises and sunsets. Perfect for an extended family with a separate downstairs apartment with a kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bathroom. The utility room has a washer, dryer, bait freezer, and plenty of storage off the carport. Rental is 28 days minimum per County Rule but not tied to the beginning or end of the month, so if time is available, we will work to accommodate your schedule. No smoking and no pets. Boat lift & boat not included.

Boat and trailer parking in the yard. There is no parking of any kind on the road. RV and Camping/Travel Trailers are not permitted without advanced notice, and additional costs are to be determined based on length and bump outs. No pumpout services are provided. Taxes are not included in the quoted rent and go directly to the State at a rate of 7.5% and Monroe County at a rate of 5%. Islamorada limits this rental to no less than 28 days, and periods are for four weeks or 28 days unless expressly agreed to beforehand. Leases of 6 months and 1 day are tax-free. Multiple-month leases are negotiable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was exactly as described in the listing. The location is nestled in a quiet neighborhood that allows you to ride your bikes across the street to Anne’s beach. The outdoor area is both comfortable and well-maintained, providing a perfect space to relax. There are numerous restaurants in the vicinity, one of our favorites was Lazy Days, which you can bring any fish that you caught that day and they will prepare it for you! Bill and Carolyn were the perfect hosts and made themselves readily available if needed. We were so impressed with our experience that we are already planning to return next year.

this property was great for us as an older couple....park under cover steps from the front door..beautiful pool and canal front and a quiet location. the home is clean and easy to care for and the owner very easy to work with.

After staying in St. Pete Beach for a month, we decided to go south and visit the Florida keys. We found Bill and Carolyn's place on Florida Rentals and decided to give it a go. What a wonderful experience!The apartment is ground level with a basic kitchen and all the amenities one on vacation would look for. Anything we needed would magically show up after requesting it. Kayaks are available for use and we also rented a boat which we tied up to the sport port for a few days. AC works great, as did the internet, but I wouldn't really call this is a work from home apartment, plus who would want to be working in keys anyway?We had an issue with the pool pump making noise, which was promptly dealt with during our stay. Other than that, nothing to report.Bill was extremely responsive and gave us recommendations for restaurants and other spots to visit during our stay. Look no further for a fantastic, affordable place to stay in Islamorada, we will be returning next year!
