About the owner: I occupy the condo most times as love it. This means the condo is well taken care of with pride and high-end features that you get to enjoy. I know the area and happy to provide restaurant, transportation, and sites to visit.
Why this property? This corner unit is extremely relaxing as away from hustle and bustle. It is in a small beachtown. The unit itself is away from the elevator and trash chute. To the left of my unit is large area of protected mangroves. The mangroves boasts birds.

My wife and I enjoyed a lovely week at Dawn’s condo. It is ideally located. A private beach is a short walk across the street and down a sandy path. The balcony and master suite look out onto the intercostal. Plenty of room with all the modern conveniences. Covered parking and a swimming pool and hot tub too. Walking distance to a few nice restaurants and a short drive to many others. Would definitely recommend this place for up to 6 guests.

The condo is large and spacious. Spotlessly clean. Over looks the inter coastal water way and only a few steps to the Gulf of Mexico with its magnificent beach. Walking distance to bars and restaurants. There is a nice heated pool with hot tub for your enjoyment. I would gladly rent here again.
