Why this property? My house is 2 exit away from Disney World and a few more exit from other theme parks as well. We are located at Champions gate PGA Golf course, various restaurants, Grocery Stores, gas station everything are with 1 miles from the house.

The house was very comfortable and well equipped. Location is good, but a car is required. Grocery, pharmacy and restaurants are close by at Champions Gate but beyond walking distance. Orlando’s attractions are relatively close by, within an hour. I-4. Is easily accessible, but very busy and although it looks like grid lock all the time, it was seldom more than a half hour delay. We found the owner, Carlos to be very accommodating and trustworthy. Given the opportunity, we would love to stay again.
