Enjoy our gorgeous 10th floor, beachfront Marco Island getaway with Northern exposure. Take in the spectacular views - especially at sunset – from throughout the apartment and from the spacious balcony. You can enjoy stunning views of Tigertail and Hideaway Beaches.
Our non-smoking, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit is tastefully decorated in beach chic colors and bathes in natural light. We make updates every time we visit.
The master bedroom has a king size bed. The guest bedroom has two twin beds. While the unit is ideal for up to 4 people, there is also a very comfortable queen size pullout sofa in the living room, allowing you to comfortably sleep up to 6 people.
Cable TV is provided in the living room and in both bedrooms. Free wifi is available throughout the unit. Roku is available in the living room.
The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and comes fully equipped with a french-door refrigerator/freezer, ice maker, dishwasher, stove and microwave.
Washer and dryer (payment) are provided on our floor. A gym is available in the lobby of the adjacent building.
South Seas NorthWest is a gated community with 24/7 security, with meticulously maintained grounds and landscaping, featuring private direct beach access, tennis courts (fee), pickle ball, bocce, and pleasant waterfront walking along the boat docks.
A large heated pool is available year-round.
Covered garage space available and parking is covered as part of your mandatory registration fee.

Area Information
Marco Island is a barrier island in the Gulf of Mexico and is the largest of the 10,000 Islands. When we visited Marco the first time in 1996, we fell in love instantaneously and have been visiting here ever since. The powder white, miles-long beach from Cape Marco all the way to Hideaway Beach along the majestic Gulf of Mexico is perfect for long casual walks or, if you are in the mood for it, great long runs. It is ideal for shelling, for frequent dolphin sightings and - of course - for the most amazing sunsets. In our minds, Marco Island truly is paradise on earth.
Marco Island can be reached by car from Naples (APF) and Fort Myers (RSW) airports in under 1 hour. Miami (MIA) and Fort Lauderdale (FLL) international airports are about a 2-hour drive. The island features dozens of restaurants, from casual to fine dining. There are great shopping opportunities in the island boutiques, nearby malls and outlet shopping centers. Several grocery stores are within very easy reach.
Attractions Within Walking Distance
Our unit is located right on the beach, which is of course the main attraction. Keep in mind that the beach is at its widest where we are and it will take you a few minutes to reach the water.

About the owner: We are a family of 5 from Long Island, NY. My wife and I vacationed for the first time in Marco Island in 1996. We received a week's stay as a wedding gift. We have been coming back every year since, and purchased our first condo in 2012 and purchased this one in 2020. Our three boys love their "beach house" and our frequent getaways there.
We decorated the condo to our taste and as if we were living there full time.
We frequently upgrade furniture and amenities, so that the condo always has a brand new feel.
We absolutely love the views, especially at sunset.
Why this property? The views are just amazing. From the balcony, you can gaze north towards Tigertail and Hideaway Beaches.
The beach is at it widest point where we are, but in our opinion that gives it an extra charm, especially with the lagoon, where you can see the fish jump all day long.
Restaurants and stores are very close by, many of them within walking distance.
We like the fact that the condominium complex is completely fenced and with a very active security team.

This is a beautiful 2 bedroom condo at South Seas Tower 3. Great views of the beach from the expansive wrap around patio. This condo felt very safe and had gated security. Kitchen had everything you could want to cook and there were many chairs, floats and umbrella for the beach. The beach is expansive in front of the condo and it takes about 10 min to walk to it from the condo. Located near many restaurants and we especially liked that Dunkin was about a 4 minute drive. The owner was great with communication and our deposit held for damages was returned quickly. Great shelling at low tide.

Very attentive, conscientious and helpful owner! Very clean and updated 2 bedroom condo. Comfortable beds. Well stocked with everything you need in kitchen as well as for the beach! Updated appliances! Beautiful view! Conveniently located! to everything on the island. Approximately ¼ mile walk on the beach to the waters edge. Very clean grounds! Highly recommend unless have health issues making a longer walk to the ocean difficult.

My husband and I have stayed at Gerrit's condo on Tiger Tail beach twice now. The location is just perfect. The condo is very clean and is equipped with everything you will need for a day at the beach. Gerrit is a excellent host who is easy to communicate with. We have stayed in this condo twice, and will be back for a third time in November of 2023. We love the modern feel, updated kitchen and bathrooms, and the fact that it's right on Marco Island beach! The beautiful pool is where we spend most of our time and there are plenty of lounge chairs available and towels provided in the condo. Lots of stuff for going out to the beach included in condo as well. Gerrit is very responsive and helpful. You can't go wrong with this condo!
