It immediately stands out- towering over Destin with a columned stucco exterior. A pleasant gated courtyard and private walled pool deck with a waterfall welcome you into plush surroundings. Unique and wildly popular stained concrete floors guide you through comfortable bedrooms with palm tree decors. And the first level features a movie room with a plasma T.V and a bar with chilled wine racks.
An open kitchen of stainless steel, granite, and chocolate washed cabinets extends out to designer suede couches and dining for 17. Large windows let sunlight flood the room, and a furnished balcony with a grill makes entertaining guests so enjoyable.
Home has colossal primary suite with private balcony. A granite bar with yet another chilled wine rack lets you enjoy a glass of your favorite wine as you watch the sunset. Walls the shade of the sky on a summery day and warm carved wood furnishings instantly calm you. The bathroom is also stunning with his and her vanities, a glass walk in shower and travertine tile throughout. And the Jacuzzi tub is spectacular, surrounded by columns and a picture window overlooking Destin’s lovely tree line.
You’ll also feel comfortable with necessities like a full laundry room, a two car garage and comfortable beds. It’s just like the home you always dreamed of. Under the Tuscan Sun has a great location, too. Hours of beachy bliss are just across the street. And plenty of tasty restaurants, malls, and golf courses are within minutes.

For safety and security, this vacation rental home is equipped with an external camera/ring doorbell.

There is a private elevator on site for your use. You must abide the rules in the rental agreement to use the elevator. Included in your total is a fee charged for the use of the elevator.

We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students

This pool can be heated between October- April for a fee upon request to our office. There is an additional charge for heating requests within 48 hours of check-in.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
