Set in a quiet location along 30A in Santa Rosa Beach, San Remo enjoys the timeless beauty of untouched beaches, a lake and fountain, and a sunny pool deck and hot tub. Simply step out the patio doors and the warm Florida sunshine will greet you and lead you into sun-kissed memories on the shores of the Gulf or in the calm pool waters. We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

Property rules state: no RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area. Please call us to arrange off site parking if you are bringing a trailer or RV.
