Theta Waves is ideally located 7 miles East of Destin and four miles West of Seaside. You are within walking distance of excellent restaurants and shopping and only a short drive from the excitement of Destin , Watercolor, Seaside and Grayton Beach without having to live with the traffic and massively congested beaches.

Seasonal beach service available for a fee.

We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
