Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
Tents and canopies are not permitted on property.
Outside Guests are allowed with permission from the main association. If you will have visitors, please inform us as there are restrictions.

The condo was very clean. Clearly, the owners have taken much pride & TLC in maintaining it. The beds & linens were comfortable. Everything we needed for our stay was provided. Also, a sweet bonus of delicious lemon poppy bread & welcome kit from Newman-Dailey. Fair warning, if you are planning on working remote or have any important calls... You will need a backup!We did experience several "issues" with Newman-Dailey during our stay (including the wrong street address to find the condo) none of which were the owners fault. Once we found the property, there is a beautiful, long tree lined driveway to the building.Newman- Dailey did "follow-up" immediately after we checked out to apologize & offered us a discount on a future stay.
