It’s all about the view and location! “Just Breathe” at Laketown Wharf is located on the 16th floor with amazing panoramic gulf views! “Just Breathe “ has a large living room / full kitchen with a beautiful gulf view! Master bedroom has NEW king mattress with full bath . Bunk area has barn doors for privacy, 2 twin beds , full bath and a sofa bed in living room (sleeps 6 / 1047 sq. ft ). UPDATED ELEVATORS, walking distance to Walmart , restaurants , & attractions. Laketown Wharf has 5 pools 2 hot tubs . Laketown Wharf does not allow pets , NO smoking in unit or on balcony! Must be 25 years old to rent !!!! Parking pass / armbands must be paid in the front office at check-in .

Area Information
Our resort has a private pathway to the beach that is reachable within a 2 minute walk. We have an amazing 'Wharf Buffet' that is also located on the first floor if you want to stay within the resort. Across the street you can dine at Pineapple Willy's while watching our gorgeous sunsets on the beach. At night, Laketown Wharf comes alive as we celebrate another beautiful day on Panama City Beach with a massive lighted fountain show. This spectacular event is choreographed with dancing water, lights, and music .
Laketown Wharf also provides amenities that appeal to all ages... and budgets including a fitness center, five refreshing pools, heated pool, jacuzzi, a large freshwater lake, 52,000 sq. ft. of lakefront boardwalk, a kid's playground and easy access to the World's Most Beautiful Beaches. We are also walking distance to Walmart and Ripley's Believe it or not. We have mini golf within a 3 minute drive and many more attractions!
