Our Stay was fantastic. The condo was well furnished and decorated but not over the top. Clean and clutter free but homey. The view was great. We lived our welcome basket of goodies. The instruction/how to/where to go booklet left for us was very helpful and the amenities were great. We would book again

10/10- Look no further

I cannot tell you how much my family and I enjoyed our trip to PCB. Kelly was an amazing host. From my first contact with her I knew we were in great hands. Upon arriving, we were welcomed to a beautiful home that is decorated perfectly. The view is amazing! You will not be disappointed in the location, Laketown Wharf has everything you need all within walking distance. You are a short walk to the most beautiful beaches and the chair and umbrella service was a nice perk. After a long day at the beach you will be welcomed home to that amazing view on your comfortable patio and let’s not forget the water pressure in the shower. It really feels amazing after a day on the sand. We will definitely be back and I urge you to check this place out. You will not be disappointed. The pictures do not do this place justice. You have to see it in person to fully appreciate the gem that this place is. Thank you Kelly for allowing us to borrow your home as our home for the week. We felt welcomed, cared for and could not have asked for anything more.

Awesome!

Your condo was amazing! Our family absolutely loved your condo. It was so clean, well stocked and absolutely beautiful. Loved that there was a wagon to pack our beach supplies in and pull to the beach. It made life so much easier. Loved all the pool areas and the views! You were so informative and loved getting the personal call discussing our stay. We definitely plan on returning. PCB is our favorite place!

Beachy treat

This condo was really lovely and the host was even better. The welcome gifts were such a wonderful surprise. I’ve never had someone leave that and I’ve used every last one of them. The place is immaculate and the beds and everything were really wonderful. I would definitely stay here again. I just wish it was had one more bedroom, my son and daughter-in-law decided to rent another place because I didn’t think they would feel comfortable and wanted to spread out to Kelly and had another condo. We would’ve rented it from her. Hers was such above the one they rented. I believe Kelly was probably the best Host I’ve ever had and she many questions, and reassured me when I was hesitant to book through the resort Florida app. If you get a chance to have her as a host and stay there, it’s lovely.

Time with it granddaughter

Your condo was nice. Updated well. Comfortable. One reason that we booked your condo over others was the bunk room and not just bunks in a hallway. From the pictures I thought it included a closet. My disappointment was it wasn’t a clothes , and no dresser. My granddaughter had to put some stuff in our closet and the rest live out of her suitcase. I suggest putting in a small dresser. And maybe a small tv. But even at that we enjoyed our time in your condo. That being said, the rest of the resort was a Big disappointment. Pools being closed. Restaurants closed during peak eating times only to open back up at much later times. It was a bad week weather wise. Which no one can call ahead off time. And I enjoy being on the beach, seeing the waves and looking for dolphins, staying across the street was a little let down for me. Then all the Pineapple Willys traffic and noise. Although my granddaughter and I made up a game as we watched the cars drive in the lot. My husband wanted me to mention the security. You have a parking pass for entering the gate and a wrist or walking pass for pools and such. Well that’s not unusual. The thing that bothered my husband was being stopped when you came back for fishing or wherever to show your wrist pass because parking pass wasn’t enough. And I mean everyone had to show theirs. Now you can’t see into our backseat so it was always they front who had to show theirs. We would love to stay in your condo again, you were a wonderful host, quick to respond. Liked that you are local. But we don’t plan to stay in The Wharf again. Maybe when we hear they’ve fixed their issues we might. Thanks for everything.

All you need and more!

From the beginning of our stay, we were welcomed with open arms. We were made to feel like it was our home away from home. Upon arrival in the condo we had a nice gift. With the mini years, we have rented condos in Panama City Beach. We have never had a special treat waiting for us. The condo was newly renovated and not a speck of dust anywhere! I cannot emphasize how clean the condo was. We loved the bunkbeds with the sliding barn door. The mattress in the main bedroom was so comfortable. We are ordering one for our bed at home. Being on the 16th floor, you have a beautiful view of the ocean. There is plenty of seating on the balcony, so that at night you can see people catching crabs on the beach and listen to the ocean waves. It was very peaceful! It is not a hard or long walk to the beach. We had an umbrella and chairs in the condo incase you forget yours or don’t want to tote your big tent. Make sure you keep your wristbands on at all times to get in and out of the pools and the gates. I felt safe that security was checking wristbands at the gate. It reassured me that no one was going to be there that shouldn’t be there. A few nights, we did not want to get out of the condominium and it was convenient to have restaurants, candy/ice cream, gift shops, and many more on the ground level. The light show at 8 o’clock every night was definitely something to put on the agenda. We went in peak season, and with knowing that we knew we would have to wait a little while for an elevator at all times. We have stayed at other condominiums with way worse elevators! I will say I believe we had an upper hand for the elevators being on the 16th floor. With that all being said, I am sure I am missing something. Last, but not the least, Kelly, our host went above and beyond to make sure our stay was the best. If we had any type of issue, it was with a quick response. Thank you so much for all that you did, Kelly! We love your place, and we will definitely be back!Remember to “Just Breath” ️

Wonderful Beach Condo and Resort

Kelly is the most helpful and kind host. It was wonderful being able to text or call her with questions and receive quick responses. The condo is beautifully decorated and the view from the balcony is incredible! It's also an easy walk across the street to the beach.The onsite food options and coffee shop are great and really well priced. When we weren't at the beach using the free chair and umbrella set up (provided by Kelly), my 2 teenage girls loved being in the resort pools. My family and I had a wonderful stay at Just Breathe!

I give this condo a five star! The condo was clean, newly renovated and walking distance to restaurants and stores. Our host Kelly was very accommodating and made sure we were satisfied with our condo. We will definitely rent this condo again.

Great view!

Loved the location and the views. Condo had enough space for 6 of us and host was very good at communicating with us as well! 5 pools in total and loved how easy it was to get across the street to the beach and restaurants near by!

Mommy-Daughters Girls Spring Break Trip

We really enjoyed our mom/daughters spring break trip to this condo. We stayed in this building before and knew we wanted to stay at the Wharf being somewhat familiar with it. We enjoyed the condo and balcony. We enjoyed the amenities the building has such as multiple pools & hot tubs. The building elevators are so slow, and when they did come many times we’re so full already, but that might be worsened by it being spring break. The master bedroom was a perfect size and had attached bathroom. The kids area was a bunk area and we really liked it had an attached bathroom too. Loved cooking breakfast each morning before our trek to the beach! We would have enjoyed a few more starters in the condo like small bath soap and/washing pods, as we didn’t know there wouldn’t be any. Even dollar store soaps.detergent would be helpful. Kelly did give a lil basket of a few things that was nice, but maybe adding those things would be a lil helpful to get started. We learned after we came from the beach that there was no bath soap. And maybe some cheap beach towels just to help ppl not trying to travel with much. An air fryer would be a great addition to reheat food crispy. We use ours daily at home. But those are just suggestions of course. There was everything we needed to cook and relax including cable and a smart tv. Kelly took care of us immediately when I brought something to her attention and I appreciate the swiftness of her response. I would definitely stay here again. I spend a lot of time on the balcony and people watching. Beach was beautiful each day so we lucked out. Very Nice Spring Break. I would definitely rent this condo again.
