Enjoy your stay in beautiful Venice in a fully renovated, tastefully furnished 2 bedroom/2 bathroom second floor condo overlooking a private country club golf course. Open floor plan and vaulted ceiling make the space feel spacious and airy. Relax in a well appointed elegant living room with a 65 inch TV . Primary bedroom suite has a luxurious king size bed and features an upscale bathroom with granite countertop, a walk in shower and a rain shower head. Enjoy all new well equipped modern kitchen with high end finishes including granite countertop. Take in golf course and water views from main screened lanai as you drink your morning coffee. The second bedroom features two twin beds and a separate lanai. Additional guests can stay on living room queen size sleeper sofa. The unit has a full size washer and dryer. One assigned carport parking spot is included and there is plenty of available extra parking for residents and guests. A heated community pool is a short walk away. Beach towels, chairs and umbrella are provided for your use. A storage room is also available near the carport to store your bikes or golf clubs. The apartment is located on a second floor with access through outside stairs (no elevator) so please keep in mind for those with mobility concerns. Per HOA regulations, no pets are permitted. All utilities and WiFi/Cable are included. Minimum monthly stay required per HOA regulation. No partial month rentals during the high season (December - April). This is strictly a non smoking property. Additional 13% city & county tax rate applies to rentals less than 6 months. Cleaning fee is included in monthly rate. Reservation is subject to HOA (homeowners' association) application review and $150 HOA fee. All applications are subject to background check as part of HOA approval process, ensuring safety of all tenants and residents. Additional Notes: Plantation Golf & Country club is private and there are no athletic or golf privileges included with the rental.

Farmington Vistas at Plantation is in a highly desirable location in close proximity to several gorgeous gulf beaches, shopping, dining, recreation and historic Venice downtown. It is also about 5 minutes away from growing Wellen Park area that features CoolToday Park Stadium, the new Atlanta Braves Spring training facility where you can attend spring training games during the season and multitude of events and concerts throughout the year. The new Wellen park downtown area also features several new upscale restaurants, shops, a lake with trails and kayaking as well as many other local shops and activities, including a weekly Sunday farmer's market. Venice fishing pier and Sharky's on the Pier restaurant are 10 minutes away.
