About this rental
Comfortable 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome in the gated community of Gulf Highlands Beach Resort in beautiful Panama City Beach. Our unit is short five minute walk to the beach with private access which includes a beachfront pool, showers, and restrooms. The beach house is now open with a restaurant and bar. Gulf Highlands has 11 pools, tennis/pickleball courts, playgrounds, a fitness center, shuffleboard, and a mini golf course.
Our unit is stocked with quality linens and everything you need for a relaxing vacation. All you have to do is arrive and relax. Park your vehicles directly out the front door with our 2 assigned spaces. No elevators or parking garages to contend with. Enter and exit the community from entrances and exits that are not on Front Beach Road which means less traffic!
The living space is downstairs - complete with a living room, half bath, dining room, kitchen, laundry room and sun room. The sunroom has a daybed with a trundle for additional sleeping. The sunroom provides private sleeping space downstairs with a twin daybed and trundle.
The upstairs contains 3 large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and has access to the main bathroom. The second bedroom features a queen size bed and can access the main bathroom through the main hallway. The third bedroom is adjacent to the master bedroom. You must enter through the master. It has a full size bed with it's own private bathroom.

Gulf Highlands is conveniently located on the east side, approximately one mile from Publix, Walmart, Walgreens, Starbucks, CVS, Ripley's Believe it or Not, Wonder Works, The Shoppes at Edgewater, Saltwater Grill, Bayou on the Beach, Pier 39 Bar, Wicked Wheel, Gulf Coast Burger, All American Diner, Bayou on the Beach, Chick-Fil-A, and Subway to name a few. Everything you need is close by and easy to access.

Why this property? We love the convenience and location of this property. It's perfectly located with all your shopping and restaurant needs nearby. There are plenty of activities on site for the kids without even leaving the neighborhood.
We thoroughly enjoy not having to fight elevators, parking garages and traffic Front Beach Road (especially in the summer). Having the ability to offer a grill to guest and gas appliances are also a major plus.

We had a blast at Tres Flamingos! It was a perfect place for a quick girls trip for my best friend’s bachelorette of 8 girls! It was a short walk to the beach with easy access, a very short walk to the pool, and a super cute patio. If you have a lot of stuff to take to the beach I would recommend a beach wagon! It a great place to relax and enjoy our time with minimum stress! Carissa is quick to answer and solve any problems (if any). We got there and had a minor hiccup with the refrigerator temp and they had a guy out there the same day to troubleshoot and fix it. Would highly recommend staying at Tres Flamingos condo and can’t wait to stay again soon!

We stayed at Tres Flamingo! My daughter was playing in the World Series so many of her teammates stayed in condos on the property. I visited many and can say, Tres was by far the best one! While all are nice, the homely feeling of Tres while on vacation was something they didn’t all offer! It was a short walk to the pools which one was pretty much in the backyard as well as a playground and tennis court! Our kids had a blast! The beach was also just a short walk! Tres provided beach chairs which was so helpful since we do not need them in Tennessee so purchasing them would have been silly. The beds were so comfortable! We will definitely be back if we end up back in PCB!

The property is amazing it has everything you need and it is well stocked the beds are so comfortable and just love how the playground and swimming pool is right out the back door and just a few min walk and you are at the beach!! Perfect condo !! Our family will definitely stay agin the owner is amazing and will answer any questions you have checking in and out is easy !! We made amazing memories with my family !!

We had a great but quick girls weekend in PCB. Condo was very nice and had everything we needed. The walk to beach was very easy and convenient! My niece loved the swings on the playground right behind the house and one of the pools was a short walk from the condo! Carissa was awesome to work with! Definitely would stay again!

Spacious with everything you need already there. Excellent location, short walk to the beach. Nicely furnished with a big patio and grill. Nice little bar that sells liquor right outside the walk threw gate, no need to drive. Eat out or eat in plenty of good choices close by. I will stay there again!

Wonderful Condo and overall place to stay. Great location. The kitchen has everything you need if you wanted to cook in and also plenty of locally restaurants in the area and some within walking distance. Wicked Wheel was pretty great! My favorite is Sharky's. There are some board games to play with fam and friends. The walk to the beach is not far and they have their own building on the beach that has a pool, restrooms, so you can enjoy the full day at the beach. There are also cool places to try like the Shard Art places. We did one while we were there and it was awesome. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great place. We have already rebooked out next visit this year!
