We had such a wonderful stay in Panama City! Carissa was an absolute dream to work with—so kind, helpful, and quick to respond. Her home was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need and more, from beach chairs and wagons to all the little extras that made our trip so easy and enjoyable. She went above and beyond, providing thoughtful details before our arrival, checking in with helpful recommendations during our stay, and even guiding us with pool questions. Everything was seamless from booking to checkout. We would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was amazing!! Definitely recommend!

We stayed mid July for a week and a half. From the beginning of our booking - it was amazing! My work schedule is a little different and the renter was flexible with us accommodating an unusual check in and check out request. We were sent emails with lists of everything already at the house so we were able to pack only the items we would need. When we arrived - the house was so clean and beautiful!! We were able to move in and get settled quickly to start soaking up as much sun, sand and fun as possible. The walk to the beach is not too far - my 3 year old niece was able to walk it with minimal complaining. One small surprise was the bath towels - they were so soft and fluffy!! We were expecting rough hotel towels but we're so pleasantly surprised how big and soft they were! We did have the oven break and a sink stopped up. We let the renter know and she has someone out the same day to fix it without any problems! We were a group of 9 with 5 children under 12 so we're a little delayed in getting our of the house by check out time. We explained we were delayed and the renter was wonderfully patient with us. Would definitely recommend to everyone to stay here and will definitely be back!!! Thank you!

Perfect beach house for families with children.

Tres Flamingo is the perfect host with the perfect beach house for families. The house is fully stocked with everything you need for your time at the beach, perfectly located between 2 pools, the playground is right outside the back door and there’s also a tennis court and pickle ball court right outside. The beach is a very short walk, and the house is fully stocked with chairs, a wagon, umbrellas and sand toys. We have stayed here multiple times and will continue stay here.

Great location, truly everything you need!

This place has everything you need in a great location! From the moment you walk through the door (from your designated parking spots in front of the townhome!!!), you FEEL like you are at a beach house! The decor was beautiful and just what I would expect from a beach rental! From one of the many pools being so close to you, to the mini golf to the short walk to the beach (literally a short 5 minute walk), you really felt like you were really vacationing! The beach side pool with the little restaurant was amazing especially after a morning at the beach, we would go poolside there to enjoy the rest of our time outside until dinner. I really couldn't recommend this place enough! I am also blown away by the communication up to departure! Carissa was an amazing host and I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in PCB!

My family and I had our first beach vacation this year and had the opportunity to stay here. Everything was perfect! Home is beautiful, clean, spacious and had everything that you could ever need from cookware to beach items. My son especially loved the pickleball court and pool right out the back door! (There is also Shuffleboard, a playground and tennis court right out the back door!) Now let's talk location...It's right at the beach! Walk is maybe 5minutes. There are stores, bars and restaurants all over. Plenty of places for family friendly fun as well! If I could rate this place higher I would. Book here. You seriously won't regret it

AHHHHMAZING

If you are looking for an Airbnb don’t look elsewhere!! This is the place you want to stay!! Everything is close by such as Walmart, Publix, mini golf, etc… beach is easy to get to. Very relaxing atmosphere! I would highly recommend it! Love the owner!

Amazing Stay!!

If I could give 10 stars I would!!! This was such a beautiful place! From the time we entered to the time we left, it was amazing!!! Very clean, organized and even had things for littles! We brought the kids, 4years and 11 months and they had a high chair, toys, board games, pretty much everything you could need. It was a home away from home. We will absolutely be coming back here for vacation. The beach was only a few minutes walk and plenty of pools surrounding our place! :)

The Perfect Stay!

Where to begin?! The resort itself is close to everything and across the street from the beach. The Unit is on the main drag of the resort which we love bc its close enough to both the vehicle gate and the beach gate and a pool, tennis court, pickleball and shuffle board literally just beyond your back patio. Now for the unit...you will want for nothing. Everything you think you'll need for your vacation (and everything you didn't think you needed) is ready for you. The place is big and was spotless upon our arrival. Large bedrooms with comfortable beds. Lots of room in this unit. You'll find beach toys, chairs, an umbrella, wagon, even beach bag if you forgot one! Boogie boards, footballs, rackets and more. If you're looking to cook you'll find all the pans, dishes and utensils you can dream of in the kitchen. Blankets, pillows, towels, laundry soap, a dishwasher! Small kids? There's a high chair and even life jackets for you :) And after all of this you still have a question, the host is prompt with a reply. We highly recommend this place and will be booking again next yr :)

New Years Eve Trip

Displaced for a week

We had to move out of our condo for a week + due to the walkways being resurfaced. Carissa was amazing at accommodating our needs especially since the dates kept changing. As a local, I saw firsthand how Carissa cares for her property as well as her renters. You will NOT be disappointed renting this property. You can see the care that has been put into every aspect.

This property was perfect!

This was the first time renting a house and not being "ocean view". This house was perfect! There was 8 of us. Plenty of room. Everything you could possibly need for cooking to going to the beach was provided. The kids could go outside and play on the playground and tennis courts without a lot of supervision. All around great place to stay!

Best Vacation Ever!

We had such a great vacation at Tres Flamingo’s this past week! It was just my husband and I and we enjoyed having the short walk to the Beach and the pool close to the house! The house is awesome and had everything we needed to be comfortable and to cook some yummy meals! When we were ready to go to the Beach, the Beach items that we needed were available in the deck box! Amazing!!

If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would! Carissa is an awesome host with excellent communication. The condo was everything my family needed plus more. It was roomy, very clean, and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was equipped with everything a person would need. We loved all the amenities the resort has to offer, plus it was just a short walk to the beach, shopping, and to various restaurants. We definitely plan on going back next year and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a vacation rental

Convenient to everything with all the amenities!

We had older teenagers with us, they loved the pickle ball and shuffleboard. Very close walk to the beach. So cozy! We had a fabulous time and can't wait to come back.

amazing!

My family had a great time in PCB. Tres Flamingos offered everything we needed for a family trip that ranged in ages from 6-88. The kitchen was well stocked with items to cook in the condo. There was no noise from neighbors at all. The beds were comfortable. Carissa was quick to respond when we needed her. If we visit PCB again, we will be back!

wonderful beach condo in panama city beach

This was the first trip back to panama city beach in seven years. Boy did we have a blast this trip! Tres Flamingos was everything and more! Starting with the beautiful condo that made you feel right at home. The place was decorated so nicely and the owners made you feel like family. Anything you basically need for the beach and the pools they had. They even supplied putters and balls for the resort mini golf. Your missing out if you dont at least go one time. They answer any question you have while your on your stay. Thanks again for allowing us to stay at your condo what an amazing week will definately return!!!!!

A must stay if you want to relax

From start to finish you can relax without any hassles while staying here. What makes that happen? Communication. From the time of booking until boost trip you will get regular emails with usable information not only about the condo but the surrounding area. The location is awesome, right by the pool, pickleball, and tennis courts. Less than a 5 minute walk to beach action and food. This would be great for families with kids due to the room count and configuration. When you spend more time doing the things you want to do, this rental is a great value and our group highly recommends it.

Our stay at Tres Flamingos was nothing short of exceptional. The newly added king bed was a great suprise - incredibly comfortable and luxurious, it ensured we had the best night's sleep possible.But the perks didn't stop there. The unit itself was equipped with top-notch amenities that made our stay truly unforgettable. From the high-speed Wi-Fi to the fully stocked kitchen and convenient in-unit washer and dryer, every detail was meticulously thought out to ensure our comfort and convenience.The location was also perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. Perfect

We had so much fun at PCB. My 2 sister's and I stayed for 5 days at Tres Flamingos. It is such a nice place. So convenient to everything , beach, restaurants, bars, and also children friendly with so many pools, jungle gyms and nice patio to grill and hang out with family. We had stayed there about a year ago. It was nice then, but there has been so many upgrades since then. Also Carrisa (the owner) is so accommodating and helpful for whatever your needs are. She returns your texts right away. We hated leaving and cannot wait until next year.

We had the best time!

It was a fantastic location and had the best owner! We went to the beach every day. It was such a short walk. The pool on the Gulf was fun. The bar employees were very nice. Service was wonderful. The beach was pretty. We loved the townhouse! I have a family of four…me, my husband, my son and my daughter. My sister and 2 of our friends, who are also sisters joined us. Our friend’s one year old son had so much fun visiting the ocean for the first time. It was absolutely perfect for sleeping arrangements. We played tennis just steps from the back door many times. We sat on the patio while my kids played at the playground in the backyard. We walked to the surf shop. We spent time at a few pools in the complex. We had a few shopping sprees at Walmart. lol! It was a great time! We made many memories and would definitely stay again for our same group. Carissa was quick to respond with any questions we had and even checked in on us when we arrived to make sure everything was great for us. My family and I have been going to this area for over 20 years for spring break. I’m super impressed by the owner of this townhouse. Always available. Very kind! Thank you!

Great Place to Stay!

This was my 2nd visit to Tres Flamingos and was even better than I remembered! What a great condo and location to stay! Not a bad walk to the Beach at all but we rented a golf cart to use in Gulf Highlands just to play in! We had breakfast both days at the Beach House restaurant and lunch on Saturday! Was an awesome view of the beach at breakfast and breakfast was delicious! Highly recommend eating at the Beach House if you aren’t planning to cook! The condo was very comfortable, nice and clean! It has everything that you need and more! Carissa is always available for questions and even checked on us when I didn’t bug her! :) Pools, pickle ball courts, tennis courts and playground are very convenient to the house! Will definitely be staying again!

Great Place to stay

Wonderful place to stay and very reasonable. Condo has plenty of room and everything you can possibly need for your stay. Complex has enough activities that you don’t have to leave it. Short walk to beach and they even have beach wagon to help. Pull right up to your door so easy access. Centrally located to all restaurants. Carissa communicates better than any place we have ever stayed even sending list of great places to eat and things to do. We will definitely be back.

Home Getaway

I came here for my birthday trip with friends and it was so nice and more! We had all the room we needed and Carissa was very helpful the entire time! Bach Trip!

We had a blast at Tres Flamingos! It was a perfect place for a quick girls trip for my best friend’s bachelorette of 8 girls! It was a short walk to the beach with easy access, a very short walk to the pool, and a super cute patio. If you have a lot of stuff to take to the beach I would recommend a beach wagon! It a great place to relax and enjoy our time with minimum stress! Carissa is quick to answer and solve any problems (if any). We got there and had a minor hiccup with the refrigerator temp and they had a guy out there the same day to troubleshoot and fix it. Would highly recommend staying at Tres Flamingos condo and can’t wait to stay again soon!

Memorable Vacation

We stayed at Tres Flamingo! My daughter was playing in the World Series so many of her teammates stayed in condos on the property. I visited many and can say, Tres was by far the best one! While all are nice, the homely feeling of Tres while on vacation was something they didn’t all offer! It was a short walk to the pools which one was pretty much in the backyard as well as a playground and tennis court! Our kids had a blast! The beach was also just a short walk! Tres provided beach chairs which was so helpful since we do not need them in Tennessee so purchasing them would have been silly. The beds were so comfortable! We will definitely be back if we end up back in PCB!

AMAZING!!

The property is amazing it has everything you need and it is well stocked the beds are so comfortable and just love how the playground and swimming pool is right out the back door and just a few min walk and you are at the beach!! Great girls weekend!

We had a great but quick girls weekend in PCB. Condo was very nice and had everything we needed. The walk to beach was very easy and convenient! My niece loved the swings on the playground right behind the house and one of the pools was a short walk from the condo! Carissa was awesome to work with! Definitely would stay again!

Spacious with everything you need already there. Excellent location, short walk to the beach. Nicely furnished with a big patio and grill. Nice little bar that sells liquor right outside the walk threw gate, no need to drive. Eat out or eat in plenty of good choices close by. I will stay there again!

Great Get-A-Way

Wonderful Condo and overall place to stay. Great location. The kitchen has everything you need if you wanted to cook in and also plenty of locally restaurants in the area and some within walking distance. Wicked Wheel was pretty great! My favorite is Sharky's. There are some board games to play with fam and friends. The walk to the beach is not far and they have their own building on the beach that has a pool, restrooms, so you can enjoy the full day at the beach. There are also cool places to try like the Shard Art places. We did one while we were there and it was awesome. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great place. We have already rebooked out next visit this year!
