Guest may use entire house except for locked master closets and locked pantry. Guest may use the deck box with patio cushions . The rest are for owner use and locked. The owner's small sailboat and motorboats are not to be used or to be boarded. Parking is limited but it will provide space for four large vehicles. A small trailer may fit, but all large trailers need to stay with one of our partnering companies. There will be a small fee for this and we suggest inquiring before booking. We are leasing a large lot in the near future but this is not available yet. This should be completed in 1-2 months.

This home is in a very quiet and family oriented neighborhood and this is not a party house. We want you to have a wonderful time, but we do not tolerate any loud noise and other code violations. Violations will be immediately addressed and you may be asked by the sheriff to leave at anytime, 24/7, per city code. Owner also owns a neighboring property. Guest must return list of adult guest names, vehicle and boat descriptions with license numbers prior to receiving entry into house per city rental regulations. We are unable to negotiate this detail.

The title says it all. We all agreed we would stay here again in a heartbeat! The house was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well equipped though we had a little bit of a learning curve figuring out how to use the ice dispenser in the fridge without making a mess. We could have used a few more hand towels and wash cloths and places to hang them, but we made do and used cabinet doors and drawers to drape our damp things to dry. The pool was delightful and we had fun on one of the paddle boards. The view was beautiful at all times if the day and night and the porch table offered a delightful place to take it all in. We had a wonderful stay and will hope to stay here again!

The place was great we had all u needed. Pool was nice and clean plus it was heated. We had a great time would come back again tried to get it for Dec of 2024 but it wasn’t available we will try for it again for 2025. Ty
